Unique Vegan Options

Has a little something for everyone, great atmosphere, prompt service, and easy to access. Vegan options were totally unique, which are all clearly labeled as well. I had the vegan sliders and thought they were perfect for lunch but they could use a sauce of some kind. Great place to stop in OKC!

Not the Usual Vegan Fair

What I like about Picasso is the thought they put into the vegan selections. It's not just a boring salad.

I have been to this place before, and I came back because I like the atmosphere and the service. This time I got the seasonal special of twice-baked artichokes. It was just ok. I didn't like how much vegan cheese was piled on there. I went back, though, and I'm glad I did. I got the Tikka Masala, and it was excellent. Both times I got a vegan desert, which is a treat since most non-vegan restaurants don't have vegan deserts.

The best part is that they were very accommodating when I said we had dogs with us. The wait for an outdoor table was going to be long, so they gave us an outdoor table at the bar next door, which was closed. We didn't have to worry about the dogs trying to get attention from the other patrons. The service is good and friendly, but this went above and beyond. We will be back.

Menu with diverse vegan options

Lots of varied vegan options. We tried the Pad Thai and the Impossible meatloaf with mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything tasted great. We also tried the vegan beignets with raspberry coulis-- delicious.

Servers were friendly though perhaps they need some training on what is/isn't vegan. Our server suggested a honey glazed item as a vegan option. We told her honey is not vegan; she argued with us, but let it go.

Pros: Varied vegan menu options , Friendly staff, Good location

Easy & Tasty at Picasso on Paseo

The difference was immediate - a menu that labeled vegan options, a wait staff that made informed recommendations, a vegan option on the chef's special seasonal option, and a dessert menu, yes, desserts (!!) plural (!!) meaning more than one option!
This is one of those restaurants where the chef and cooking staff care about variety. In flavor and texture. Yum!
The sliders were perfect with crisped onions and perfectly warmed bun (though a side of mustard would have been appreciated by this mustard fan).
My dining companion is neither vegan nor vegetarian and was equally impressed by the meal. They had never had spaghetti squash nor seen a nest of it - and I am picky about spaghetti squash - and enjoyed every bite.
The main course of falafel with feta and pistachios was a vegan paradise!
And even though we were quite sated, three desserts came to our table and some of them even made it home as leftovers.
There was even a pup menu for doggies!! And when we left there were two tables outside both of which had guests with their dogs with them.

Pros: Knowledgeable staff made great recommendations , Both the menu & the chalkboard boasted desserts , Great menu for people & pups

Cons: The restroom is tricky alongside the kitchen

Favorite Brunch Spot

I love bringing my friends and family to Picasso. They always have great vegan options and options for people with other diets.

I have loved everything I've had from them; the service is usually great and it's right in the middle of a very walkable area. I recently tried their vegan sliders which were pretty yummy. I love their fries, but definitely prefer their brunch options.

I've had family enjoy their vegan meatloaf!

Pros: Artsy Vibe

Cons: Busy

It’s ok

Eaten here for years and quite going last two years or so as it’s extremely overpriced and alternating quality and food items on menu can drastically change. The staff also ate supper bitchy and the paseo has now become a gentrified Santa Fe wanna be yuppy playground of just awful people and atmosphere now a days

What a nice surprise

Holiday travel with pets. I don't think of OKC having great vegan and veg. It's usually "hey darling here is a bad side salad with iceberg and mealy tomatoes. Food is great! Traveling pups love
Will be back next time I am around.

Pros: Good menu items, Outside pup friendly patio, Love this little Paseo arts district

Cons: No

Will be coming back

Best rainbow pad thai ive ever had in my life.

Would give 5 stars but apparently happycow thinks places that arent 100% strictly vegan are not deserving of 5 stars. So i give it 4 out of 4 stars.

Great Food

Sat outside to enjoy the evening heat. Great service, though food took a bit longer with the Saturday night crowd. Nachos and paella (all vegan) we’re delicious! This place knows how to make tasty food.

So many great vegan options

Though I live in OKC, I've never been to Picasso before though I've heard great things about them for a while now. So I decided to have a business lunch there with a fellow plant-based client. It was a tough decision for me between the Tikka Masala, Rainbow Pad Thai, and the Chicken Fried Portobello.

I opted for the Portobello, and was not disappointed. Cooked perfectly, incredible flavor, and really hit the mark.

The restaurant itself is in the Paseo Arts District, a Spanish-themed couple blocks south of 30th between Walker and Western. We had great weather and had outdoor seating. They also have a menu for pets! I kid you not. I think we were the only table that didn't have a pet with us.

Highly recommend. Great food, great service.

Pros: Incredible breadiing, Flavorful gravy, Awesome fries

Cons: Price, Portion Size, A little bland on the gravy - like more pepper

Amazing Vegan Section

If you are ever out in Oklahoma City, OK and you end up in what they consider the “artsy district” - you really need to make the trip to Picasso Cafe on Paseo. They have an amazing Vegan section of their menu, that any choosy vegan would find something. The service is top notch, and the food is just out of this world. The whole establishment has that West Hollywood Polish, and yet, the artsy district is quaint (especially the bookshop across the street!) When you think of Trendy, you typically do not think about Oklahoma as an option, but seriously, you should check this place out, as it’s as trendy as it gets (not in a bad way) - and you’ll just go ya ya over the food. I truly wish I could give them five stars but the app won’t let me :(

You seriously need to go, and yes, you should make a reservation.

Pros: Amazing Vegan Options

Cons: They are only in Oklahoma, OK.

Great tasting food at a good, reasonable price. Plenty of vegan options too.

Had a great experience! Drove through town on Labor Day weekend so couldn’t park close due to an arts festival in the area. Decided to walk down and try it anyways and so glad we did. Plenary of vegan options and good price too. Will definitely stop by again when I’m town.

Pros: Lots of vegan choices, Affordable food, Good atmosphere

Expensive, but great atmosphere

This restaurant is so very cute, perfect for an intimate date night! They are expensive, however. Also beware, only about half of their veggie menu is fully vegan.

Pros: Good vibes

Cons: Expensive

Great Service; Good Food

Although their Sunday Vegan Brunch menu is plentiful, on any other day it’s a little scarce.
I... happened to be visiting OkC on a Saturday. Nevertheless, the extremely kind and service-oriented server helped me veganize their amazing breakfast burrito. Stuffed with tofu scramble, potato, spinach and more, this was a very satisfying and tasty brunch.
They had refill coffee as well and soy milk to add!
Their servers all work together so well and I was very impressed with how extra attentive our personal server was!

Pros: Refill Coffee + Soy Milk, Great Service, Filling

Cons: Pricy

My compliments to the chef

All I can say is wow! Fate must have brought us together. If there are 3 things I cannot live without it's wood hard string beans, wet noodle soft french fries and a little uncooked breading. Needless to say, I have calloused fingers from cutting through the string beans, I slurped my fries like overcooked pasta and sucked up all of that undercooked breading like pudding. I also discovered a new fondness for uncooked Portobello mushrooms tasting of dirt. Thank you, and a job well done to you good sir.

Pros: all my favs

happy!

I went on a beautiful night. Perfect temperature, slight breeze and patio seating. Pricing seemed high for food, but low for wine. Good service. Enjoyed the Tikka Masala. The Paseo area had the Santa Fe vibe on a wide street. Great place to walk around after or before a meal.

Pros: vegan options marked
