Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have enjoyed the many veg establishments Utah has to offer, my favorite places abroad were Herbivore clothing company and Native Foods cafe.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
I always enjoy throwing together a good pot of coconut curried vegetables, mulligatawny soup, or some Seitan stew.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
