decent lil place open on Sundays/holidays - Edit
Good place with lil bakery including some vegan/GF options. Not a ton of choice but best you're going to find if it's a holiday / Sunday

Está muy bien de precio, la comida que sirven está muy rica, y el servicio también. Los cubiertos son de madera, y todo es ecológico. Tienen variación vegana y en la tienda hay muchas cosas veganas.

Vegan cakes, organic produce and alternatives - Edit
Vegan cakes are sold, marked with a sign saying “I am vegan”, there are lots of fresh fruit and veg on display, and additionally there is a good range of vegan snack bars, health foods eg flaxseeds, meat/dairy alternatives. A great stop for vegans in Barcelona!
