Nice Variety of Vegan Food - Edit
While in Rome, we went to Ops twice. There is a wide variety of salads, main courses, and deserts. All of it was fresh and nicely prepared. They also had some nice house wines. Highly recommended.

Read moreThe way they get you is by making the food ridiculously salty and then charging for water. I recommend trying a tiny bit of everything so you can identify the few items that aren't smothered in salt.
Other than that the food was very bland. Also we arrived at the opening time but were told the food wouldn't be ready for another 30 minutes.

Insanely amazing food and very good value for money. But the coffee was criminal. We ordered a cappuccino but all they had was almond milk and it was undrinkable. Also the tiramisu was uneatable. Rest of the food and staff was truly amazing.

If you miss various food as vegan version by getting tired of pizza and pasta, it is worthy to go. The variety of buffet is huge from fresh veggies, marinated salads, seitan vegan meat, Italian cuisine, beans, and even vegan cheese. I wished it has better taste, but I was satisfied with this precious buffet. The restaurant was full with people.

Unfortunately wasn't overly impressed here. We went for their buffet, and everything was basic as you'd expect from a buffet but the price was a fair bit more than we'd expected to pay for what it is.
Read moreIt was cheaper in multiple Al a carte places with a primi and secondi, where the food was far better and obviously fresher/warmer with it not being under lights for self service. (If you really want a vegan buffet in Rome, 100% Bios food is far better and more interesting).

Went on the gluten free day (Wednesday) but everything was so delicious you'd never know. However, we both took way too much stuff, even though we just had a tiny amount of most things! Ended up being €25 a plate. Still absolutely delicious and no regrets, just very full! The cheese was especially good - they said it's made of chickpeas and cashews

Ops! is a vegan buffet-style restaurant (like Hiltl or Tibits in Switzerland). They offer a huge range of options across the buffet, including a number of delectable desserts!

Its impressive how expansive their food selection and cuisine range is. It really amazed us how much good food one kitchen could put out! There's lots of love about this buffet, and it was surprisingly well-priced given the quality. Your only risk is heaping too much good food onto your plate!
An excellent choice and well worth the effort either for regular dining or a buffet experience. Definitely try the desserts too!

The food is tasty, and Ops! has an incredible variety of excellent choices. All dishes are delicious but I tended to favor the more unprocessed ones, such as various styles of cabbage salads, rather than fake meats, such as the seitan veal roll. Lasagne and ravioli are good choice. Cheese deserves a special mention and I helped myself to three servings. Although most dishes are inspired by the Mediterranean cuisine, they also have various choices of Asian-style vegan dishes, such as those based on tofu. The restaurant is buffet based, but they have personal help, which is courteous and prompt. The dessert is excellent. If you need to drive, a convenient parking lot is just around the corner and it has plenty of space at lunch time during the weekend (I did not go on weekdays).

We tried, twice, to eat here during posted business operating hours and they were closed. We were so bummed! Before booking a taxi and going there, call to make sure they are open, it will save you some cash. Learn from our mistake!

Everything was really tasty and there were so many options. I was a bit hesitant about the weight of the food (because you pay by the weight), so our two meals cost in total only 22€, I could have eaten a bit more.

 There was an absolutely gigantic range of foods. All of it high-quality and absolutely flooding with flavours. The atmosphere and the staff were also fantastic. I do not have a bad word to say about this eatery. It works like a buffet and once you have filled your plate, it is weighed and you pay by the quantity of food you have taken.

I used to come here a lot when I lived in Rome and always loved it. Now went again while visiting the city and was quite disappointed. The food was all cold and the price very expensive. The food would be nice if warm. I had loads of good memories about the place and my expectations were high. For the fancy flair and the prices I expected more.
