Very delicious and so nice atmosphere they have a large variety of food, you can taste many things in the same plate, like vegan stake, vegan meat, curry, vegan chicken, rice , pasta , lasagna…. So many other things) the sweets are so good everything in this restaurant is super delicious , the owners and stuff are very nice and professional for me is the best I really love this restaurant.

And it is a big but. The restaurant is buffet style, all the food is freshly cooked and tasted nice, buuuuut, like I said, it's pay per weight. You have no idea how heavy what you took is, also because it isn't self service, and can only check at the till. €2.70 per 100gr it's far too expensive for vegetables, hence my plate, 1 single plate of mixed veggies cost me €19!!!! So in total I spent €37 for 2 plates and 1 sparkling water.

Everything we had at Ops was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The gnocchi and seitan were probably my favorite. The chocolate tart was also delicious. We only ended up spending $25 euro for both of our plates plus several drinks and desserts so I would say it’s a pretty good deal!

Nice buffet place with many choices (lighter as well as heavier options). After having been here several times, 6 to be precise, I noted the following:
Read more1) Not all dishes are great so whether or not you like the food here depends highly on what you select from the buffet. Many (all) pasta items are OVERCOOKED (which is unforgivable for Italians) and bland. So better to avoid those when choosing dishes. Cannot recommend their hummus either.
2) I feel like the food quality has gone down over the years - not as fresh and flavorful as it used to be.
3) Their freshly made juices are great! So is the organic Prosecco!
4) after desperately trying to find decent vegan food in the central Rome, it remains as one of the best lunch/dinner options.
5) Tried recently two of their gluten free cakes (raspberry & chocolate) and both were very good! Cannot however recommend their tiramisu (I remember it being one of the worst I have ever tried).

I love Ops!. It's a very nice place in the city centre and the food is amazing. The buffet formula is a little bit different from the others : you pay according to the... Weight of the food in your plate. The seitan was very nice and soft and I loved the cannelloni!

Nice spot for dinner. The restaurant decor is elegant and it has a fine dining feel despite being a buffet. It is open as of last July 2020. The buffet is behind a well-protected transparent plexiglass screen and the staff serve the food for you as you point what you want to eat.

Great place with a lot of vegan food! You can fill your plate from a warm and cold buffet and pay for the weight of your plate. The price is honest but the food is on the cold side! It is tasty however. The coffee is good and the croissants are also very good!

I visited Rome for a week and ate lunch here 3 times because I loved it so much! A buffet of all vegan food. You pay by weight. The food is creative and delicious! There are at least 30 dishes to choose from plus dessert and wine. If you’re in Rome, you have to eat here!
