Fantastic Poke Bowls, Vegan/WFPB options, which are both delicious & filling.
Read moreWe live nearby & love the vegan Tofu hot bowls, which are really well put together, & have adequate protein too - Tofu/edamame/avocado etc. (which is so often missing in ‘vegan options’ on menus).
Good size portions, so order a ‘large bowl’ & take half home for later, yum!
Its a very flexible menu, which has lots of choices & add ons, so choose your main, then add extras (lots of vegan options, veg, protein, starches, nori & sauces etc). So very easy to plan your own well nutritionally balanced ‘whole food plant based’ meal (hooray!).
The staff are very welcoming & are also knowledgeable & careful about allergies, so meals can easily be made Gluten free etc. if requested.
Comfy indoor seating in tables & booths, with a chilled atmosphere.
The prices are very reasonable too & not hyped for the tourists, as can be the case in other Rye eateries!
This is a cool place to hang out & just about the only place in Rye you can be guaranteed a delicious, nutritious Vegan/WFPB meal, hooray again!!
So if you’re visiting Rye, just head straight here for a proper filling yummy meal, & then do the cake & coffee experience later in the fancy cafes (which are prob ok for vegetarians, but not much hope of finding a decent vegan/GF cake anywhere, so be warned!).

Pros: Great Vegan/WFPB options!, Great staff!, Welcoming, comfy, cool cafe.
Cons: Also serves animal based products, Not open evenings or Sundays.
