Pretty sure nothing there is vegan, or even vegetarian. - Edit
The host showed me 3 ramen options on the “vegetarian menu” he declared vegan, one which clearly stated sardines as an ingredient so already off to a bad start. I chose one of the options that seemed like it had nothing in it, and also confirmed there were no eggs or fish or milk. When he brought me the dish it smelled heavy of fish… but seaweed does sometimes. It was late and there weren’t any other options so I ate a bit of it and then put the rest in a take home container. It sat in my fridge over night and I planned to eat it, but it had congealed fat all on the top- very much like how animal fats act when cold. I doubt it was coconut as the flavors were very savory and no hint of coconut oil which I know very well- but possibly. If you’re not really hardcore vegan, I guess you could try, but I’m not risking it again.

I prefer this location over York St Noodle House in New Haven. And as a plus, this location offers ramen (under $10 too).

The spicy miso ramen is my favorite and go-to. Great and tasty broth. Toppings seem to vary a bit with each visit depending on what veg they have on hand.
Veg dumplings are great, but they do come frozen from a bag (I buy the same ones from H Mart in Flushing).
The tofu bao and avocado bao are both yummy bites.
