Choice of 2 vegan mains that rotate daily. Shared a tofu fried rice and spring roll noodle salad. Food was spectacular, and the staff are lovely. Decor and cleanliness are also good if that's important to you

Inexpensive Tasty Vegan Food - Edit
My friend recommended this hidden vegan place to me when she found out I was going to visit Saigon. It was a great surprise when I walked in, the place was nicely decorated and very clean. They have a different vegan dish for each day of the week. I tried Pho soup on Sunday, it was so tasty so I came back the next day to try Curry, and I was not disappointed. I also liked their iced coffee with milk, and had passion fruit juice to go.

We enjoyed staying in this place, because it's a small, relaxed oasis in the middle of the tourist area. Hidden in a small alley you can have a daily changing lunch dish. Because of Tet our noodle soup was very basic, but ok for this price (35K in the tourist area is a good price for lunch). We also had an ice orange-carrot juice (29K) and a coconut coffee (35 K), which could be a bit sweeter 😅

What a wonderful little place! It’s a little oasis of tranquillity, just a few metres off the backpacker trail down an alley, but far enough to feel as if you’re in another, much less stressful world. When I visited, there were two dishes on offer: vegetable noodles and vegetable fried rice. The drinks menu was much more comprehensive, and features some interesting local beverages, including one made from pomelo flowers. I had the noodles, which came with a spring roll and fried tofu. They were similar to what you might find on the street, but vegan, and at a street price too – I was quite surprised they cost only VND 35,000, considering how beautifully designed the restaurant was. I also had the excellent coffee, which came with vegan condensed milk – the first time I have seen this – and extra hot water, a nice touch. Again, this made it seem very authentic. I was on the way to catch a bus, and so the early opening hours were much appreciated. The owner assured me everything she uses is vegan, and, although her English isn’t strong, she is very welcoming and has a great concept – good, simple food at good prices, in lovely surroundings. UPDATE: some of the menu items are NOT vegan, such as the coconut ice cream. (Apparently they're working on a vegan version...) This isn't shown on the menu, so you need to ask.

This was one of the most amazing dinners we've had. They were serving (vegan) Pho soup as daily dish and it was so good and so lovely! Staff are very, very nice and friendly and speak ver good english. If we stayed another day in the city we would definately come again. So happy we chose this place. Definately recomed it - it is a must try:)))

Read moreIt is really a surprise to find a place like this so near all the beer bars and party music. Here I can relax and enjoy an honest vegan meal for only 35K VND. It taste so good. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the password to the free wifi. The Vietnamese coffee (20K) taste really good, clean taste of real coffee (not roasted in butter and sugar as many do in Vietnam) I feel blessed to finally have found a peaceful place here in Saigon where I can relax and avoid the noise from the big city a few hours once in a while.

Restaurant serves two different dishes (that change daily) plus a wide selection of drinks. When we came, unfortunately only one of the meals was available, but it was really yummy, so we were quite happy with our dinner. The owner was really friendly and spoke basic English. At 35k per meal, it was a really good deal and I will gladly come again.
