Daily we serve 3 Vietnamese vegan dishes and homemade vegan ice cream. We also make our homemade kombucha in 3 flavors, Ginger, Passion Fruit, and Hibiscus flower. The story is that we want to serve fresh and authentic Vietnamese food with the flavors of “mom's home cooking.” And we don’t want to waste any food. Everything we serve is 100% VEGAN and we use ZERO chemicals in our food. Traditional Vietnamese coffee and herbal tea. Freshly made juice. We make homemade milk from cashew nuts and soybeans. For take away we use environmentally friendly materials.
