Delicious ramen - Edit
Delicious vegan ramen, two soup bases and about 8 sets of other ingredients. Oat milk base comes with a kalamansi lime, nice combination. PS here, spicy means lots of Szechuan pepper!

Amazing ramen - Edit
Definitely one of the best Japanese style ramen i have ever tried, including those from Japan. The noodles are cooked to perfection. No two strands stucked together, not a single strand under or over cooked. The soup base is really on the spot. Flavourful but not overly so.

Amazing Ramen place - Edit
Really recommend the golden Tofu, it is excellent. On Saturdays a reservation might be a good idea, on Sundays I think it is not required though.

Delicious ramen - Edit
Cute place and all vegan. You choose a broth (from 2 options), a flavor, and noodles or rice. We had a sugar cane broth with Szechuan flavor and an oat milk broth with burnt soy flavor both with rice. They tasted very different but both delicious. The spice level was quite mild on the Szechuan one but there was a 2-chilli option for those who want more spice! We would’ve liked a few more toppings but it was still good. The bean curd asparagus rolls were crispy and delicious (although my partner thought the sauce was too sweet). The grilled veges side dish was very underwhelming. We had a lot of trouble ordering as the menu is only in mandarin and we didn’t quite understand the process. But we got there in the end and the waitress was very patient and friendly. It also didn’t worry us too much because we knew whatever would come out would be vegan! Highly recommend.

Tasty ramen, delicious side dish - Edit
We tried both recommendations (Dan Dan oat milk ramen and green pampelmousse) and the asparagus bean curd rolls, as well as cold brew tea. The ramen were good, and I absolutely loved the bean curd rolls! Highly recommend, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Best vegan ramens in Taiwan - Edit
Excellent vegan ramens, we have tried quite a few in Taiwan, and these were by far the best. Side dishes are also delicious, you must try the asparagus bean roll!

Charming little place - Edit
A cute little place hidden in a small street. The soups were very delicious and a big portion. Side dishes were also very tasty and we had an amazing Christmas dinner here. The place is quite small but nice and tidy and the food just amazing. We both had the oat milk base one with spicy miso, on with sichuan flavour, the asparagus bean skin roll (which was to die for) and some tofu nuggets. The tea based drinks are also very nice and complement the food very well. There is also free of charge drinking water.

Amazing vegan ramen!! - Edit
This ramen was the first of a few all vegan ramen joints I dined in throughout Taiwan. The ramen at Mukuchi was easily one of the best! Flavorful broth, very realistic plant meat - I will 1000% return here someday. Employee was very kind and explained the options in English. I didn’t realize that there were also sides, but they looked good on other tables. Also, the dessert was tempting!

The servers were very friendly and explained the menu to us, including which options would suit whose preferences. I really recommend the oat milk base the soy flavor option. They had a handful of small sides that were good, too. Cash only.

Beautifully presented food. Nice flavors - Edit
The food was pretty and there are several creative menu options to choose from, but my taste buds weren't totally blown away by the ramen we tried nor the appetizers. It was also a little light on the fixings in terms of high protein ingredients. Very trendy place and I would still recommend it (the desserts were very good) but I guess I was very spoiled in Tainan and Kaohsiung with the noodle soups I tried there.

I had the white, oat-based soup with miso tare. The soup was rich and creamy, the noodles were firm (but not too much), and the toppings added textural variety. Overall a very satisfying bowl.
Read moreI also had the deep fried tofu, which was well cooked, not super tasty alone, but very nice dipped in the soup. I ended with the matcha oat panna cotta, which I enjoyed a lot too.

Daebak Vegan Ramen - Edit
Srsly~ why have regular animal bone broth ramen when you can have such a fabulous vegan version ramen? The broth was amazingly flavourful tho the noodles was a bit hard. But after soaking in the broth for 5 mins, the noodles became soft.

The most similar texture of ramen soup! - Edit
The creamy texture is not only coming from vegan milk, the chef adds some special ingredient to mak the taste thicker!
Read moreHighly recommend Yuzu pepper flavor! It’s not common one and the light spicy light the whole soup.
Minus one star for the roasted vege there. The quality might not stable, some of the vege were not fully cooked.
Except that, this place is one of the best vegan ramen restaurants in Taipei!! Go and book a seat.
