I love a good co-op. Lots of vegan sandwich options, both of the soups were vegan. I got a sweet potato and quinoa chili which was perfect for a chilly day in Moab.

Great stop for grab and go breakfast/lunch - Edit
Came here twice to pick up some quick lunch food. Everything I had was really good and super fresh - especially the salad!
Read moreI liked that they seem to rotate what they put in the case everyday so that there’s a variety.
I noticed they had a lot of vegan options, and options that were vegan as well as gluten free, which can sometimes be hard to find. I will definitely come here again the next time I’m in Moab!
Pros: Gluten free vegan options , Clearly marked items, Variety

Awesome shop in downtown Moab - Edit
This is a really refreshing sort of store. They have a wide array of vegan snacks, baked goods, prepared foods, refrigerated and frozen foods. Lots of bulk basics and also many more niche, small brand items from near and far. Many unique and fun items to try, such as cookie dough ice cream sandwich, mushroom jerky, vegan muffins. Sadly, they did not have the hummus and falafel wraps we hoped to pick up, as their fridge broke down and they lost some of their perishables. I would definitely go back, and am determined to try the hummus and falafel wraps I heard great things about!! Also, friendly service. Awesome store.
Read morePros: Many vegan specialized goodies and basics. , Variety of merchandise, high quality , Ample parking, friendly service

Great Vegan Grab and Go - Edit
We went here twice for picnic items including an incredible green salad that I topped with their curried tofu. My kids and husband loved the Tofurky sandwiches and falafel wraps. We also found some delicious chocolate peanut butter cup vegan cookies and cold drinks for the road. My one complaint is that some woman (hair piled on head and constant look of condescension on her face) working there was incredibly, insufferably derisive to us both times. The first time was when I *stupidly* asked her a question about buying a reusable bag to use on our trip. The second time was when she was stocking the drink cooler and acted extremely put out by having to move so we could grab a few drinks. The hostility is not cool, dude. Otherwise, this place is totally solid for supplies—a Moab-must!

They have some great grab n go items! I got a falafel wrap that was delicious and perfect for a picnic in arches. The hummus sandwich was a little dry, but the falafel wrap was amazing. Chocolate vegan mousse was also fantastic. Really happy to have this convenient place around

Solid Co-op - Edit
Came here like everyday! Had two vegan sandwiches in the deli case which were a lifesaver. One was tofurkey and violife cheese and the other was a hummus and veggie. There was also a PB&J but I didn’t confirm it was vegan. Brewed their own kombucha but I didn’t get a chance to try- next time! Also found stuff to make for dinner back at the Airbnb. Lovely addition to Moab!

Love this little co-op! I've visited Moab a few times and the fully veg restaurants are non-existent, so Moonflower is my go-to spot for picking up sustenance.

Great find for traveling vegans - Edit
I was visiting Moab recently during the December holiday season. Off season for Moab, there were not many shops and restaurants open. Fortunately we found this cooperative and it was open with the exception of Christmas Day. As vegans on the road, and in a small town, we were delighted with all the options and choices. We ate here several times, and were able to put together lunches for hiking days.

plenty to choose from - Edit
I went in search of vegan ice cream and cookies, after already having checked two big grocery stores in town. I found exactly what I wanted plus lots of other nice vegan snacks. They had a very nice bulk section, especially the herbs, spices and teas. I also liked that they had good dehydrated foods in bulk for backpacking. There was also fresh deli sandwiches (hummus and veggie) and soups. Very nice store. Would definitely recommend to others and would go back myself.
