Beautiful dining room - very expensive

No doubt this dining room is exquisite. Dine in if you can. On another hand, they don’t have a ton of Ⓥ options besides side dish style, which is okay because they label well. Unfortunately after accepting order they let me know they hadn’t made the potato salad yet (I wasn’t there early in the day). And the food was oddly expensive for the serving size? Maybe it’s just because they’re in Yaletown and their rent is astronomical. But check out my pics - the hummus you see (less than a cup) was $15. The pastille which was delicious but only about four bites, was $18. Everything was yummy. Would take a meat-eating out-of-towner to this dining room but I probably won’t be back myself.

Great vegan options

This restaurant has many clearly marked vegan options - salads, appies, mains and dessert. The food is delicious and the staff are wonderful. Great atmosphere.

Delicious

I got the vegan sampler plate with a friend, which ended up being enough food for both of us. Incredibly tasty and great variety. The Moroccan tea was nice too. Can't wait to try the couscous and vegan pastilla!

Authentic and Great service

A wonderful authentic Morrocan restaurant with nice vegan options.

The owner was so friendly and helpful. He provided suggestions for us. I loved the pickled cold food best and the lentil soup, which was an unexpected add on was really healthy.

You have to try the vegetable pastilla. There is nothing like it. Appy/dessert? So yummy.

Nice drink option and extensive wine list. Lemonade was natural and not sweet.

Small seating area so reservations are recommended.

Don't get put off by the location. It is fine inside and you get the authentic Morrocan feel.

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Wonderful serivice; friendly owner, Authentic

Cons: Restaurant location (but still worth it), Open for dinner only
