Authentic and delicious Indian food - Edit

My boyfriend and I ate here whilst in Shibuya and let me tell you, it is incredible! The food is so so yummy, the staff are lovely and the prices are reasonable. I 100% recommend this place to anyone. They had so many vegan options on the menu so my boyfriend and I shared two vegan curries with rice and their vegan naan bread. Even my boyfriend who isn’t vegan nor vegetarian loved it. Make sure to try it out when you’re in Tokyo!

Pros: amazing food , great vegan options , lovely staff

Anazing vegan naan!! - Edit

My friends and I had dinner here, we ordered the vegan naan stuffed with soy meat - really enjoyed it. We also had desert: soy milk chai ice cream and pumpkin macrobiotic pie! Definitely recommend to any vegan/vegetarian who’s craving Indian cuisine.

Delicious! - Edit

This restaurant is located on the third floor not too far from Shibuya station. If you can get a seat at the front of the restaurant you’ll have a classic Shibuya view of a busy intersection to people watch - looks great a night.

The food was amazing - we ordered two set menus, extra sides and beer for about 5000 yen. This was heaps of food and we should have definitely ordered less! The menu clearly states vegan options - there is no meat at all, and about 50/50 vego/vegan. The vegan naan was the best I’ve ever had and the curries were all really tasty. The spinach lentils were a highlight. The set menu comes with a nice fresh salad. We would absolutely come back here!

Pros: All vegetarian, lots of clearly described vegan op, Vegan Naan and curries, Location

best Indian food I've had yet! - Edit

The food was worth the price and very flavourful! Will be returning. Staff was friendly and well versed in English.

Pros: dairy labeled on menu, nice seating area, vegan desserts!

Cons: 3 floors up and the elevator is slow, have to look high up to find the sign

great Indian food - Edit

Their menu is labelled well, it's easy to avoid items with dairy. Main courses were great and the naan is particularly good. Portion size was medium. A bit pricey because it's on a popular street.

Note: the restaurant is on the 3rd floor, there's a sign for it on ground level.

Vegan-friendly, good experience - Edit

We had a very oishii afternoon snack here, the staff was very friendly and turned the burger and the Lassi vegan without any problems.

Delicious naan burger! - Edit

Great naan burger, very special to be able to enjoy indian style mock meat! Only problem was it was over too quickly! Decently priced as well, though there are so many delicious looking curries that one could easily break the bank with a feast. The samosa were perhaps a little on the small side, but very delicious nonetheless

Buffet on fleek - Edit

Definitely awesome place! The lunch buffet is a great deal, 3 of the 4 curries were vegan, everything was easy to understand. Salad, rice and Naan was also included. For 1080¥ it doesn't get much better imho. Everything was delicious!

Great Place! - Edit

Visited there twice and both times were great! The staff is friendly and every dish we tried was very tasty. Big amount of dishes and it's clear in the menu what dishes are vegan. Less spicy than we expected.

Easy to find vegan in Shibuya - Edit

We went here 3 times as it was easy access just up from Shibuya crossing. The lunch buffet was great for 1080 yen and it included vegan naan and 3 of the 4 curries on offer were vegan. Dinner service was also great however not as good value.

Decent Indian in Shibuya - Edit

Stumbled across this restaurant as we were hungry and 300 m away according to google maps. Good portion sizes and friendly staff, although not the best Indian I've tried the food was a good lunch if you need a Indian break from all the Japanese flavours. Minus for ambience and presentation of food !

Pros: Portion sizes , Friendly staff , Fast serving

Cons: Bad presentation , Could be hard to find without google maps

so great to have so many Indian vegan options - Edit

Great menu - clear about what ingredients are in what dishes. Love the spinach with gluten puffs - never tried this combo before and vegan naan was a treat. The place fills up so get in early or book - we sat in a seat near the window which overlooked the street below - a great first evening meal in Tokyo - location is super !

excellent buffet, great value - Edit

The food here was clearly labelled vegan or not vegan (most of it was). The vegan naan was delicious, as were the three curries on offer (spicy lentil, bean and mixed veg). The small dishes on the side were also good. Great value and delicious!

Pros: Good value , awesome location

Awesome naan. - Edit

I ordered the "Nan Burger" which really is just a soy meat curry wrapped in lettuce and naan like a gyro. The curry was tasty while the naan was delicious. It was crispy but also soft and perfectly chewy.

I had a soy masala chai to drink. I thought it was pretty good. Though I've not tasted many chai lattes so I don't exactly know what a good masala chai would taste like.

Dessert was a disaster, the coconut-chai soy milk ice cream was terrible. It was not at all creamy or smooth. It was very icy and mine had a large chunk of hard solid ice in it. An ice cream using coconut milk would be so much better.

Pros: Delicious Naan.

Cons: Icy ice cream.

Wonderful little gem of a restaurant - Edit

I stumbled upon this place when I was going to Tower Records one day and I'm so happy I did. This is a wonderful restaurant near Shibuya station with a comfortable atmosphere, helpful staff that can speak English, and most importantly great food. Vegan options are labeled clearly, along with other possible allergens clearly marked. There are desserts as well and a buffet during their long lunch (from 11-5!). If you are in the area, do yourself a favor and come here.

Pros: Great atmosphere, Delicious food, Very clear menu and helpful staff

So Dang Good - Edit

I came to this restaurant conveniently located at Shibuya crossing, seeing the natural sign with soy meat. The atmosphere firstly is beautiful, the view is great. English menu available. Everything is so clearly marked! I ate the buffet, where 3/4 of the curries offered were vegan, and they offered a vegan naan as well. Everything spiced very well, range of mild to moderate spicy curry. The staff were incredibly friendly, and this will definitely become one of my staple vegan restaurants in Tokyo! The price for the restaurant was also super worth it. Highly highly recommend!
Edit: They have a soy meat curry sometimes in the buffet and it is just !!!!! Really, one of the best value vegan friendly restaurants in Tokyo!

Pros: Delicious, Great value (buffet), Clearly marked

good buffet option if you eat a lot - Edit

For me, the food was good but not great. What I appreciated was all you can eat buffet!! For $1500 I finally actually got full for the first time in Japan eating at a restaurant. Felt damn good. Some of the food in buffet gets kinda lukewarm but I asked the guy for some fresh naan and he made it for me, very nice
