Read moreI had the beetroot soup which was fantastic, and the toast with carrot salmon, and a schnitzel that I can’t properly rank because I eat it much later than it was served(late for a movie). Definitely come. Definitely have the soup.

All the food we had was amazing. The restaurant is so popular that they had ran out of some of the ingredients, but what we had was super tasty. We got the falafel platter and ceasar salad and were super happy!

Really liked the kebab too, very generous and savoury !!
Staff is friendly, nice decoration.

Mazā Terapija means small therapy. The therapy may be small but the flavors are big. The pea protein cottage cheese is nice, and was something new to me. Reasonably priced too.

I went there on a Saturday when they had their breakfast menu so I got the English breakfast. It was delicious and super filling. I easpecially loved the garlic bread. The only thing I'm curious about: the scrambled tofu egg was cold, why?

So I went there again:
- English breakfast: 10 out of 5 points!
- Schnitzel: pretty good: 4.5/5
- 2 desserts: okay, nothing special 3/5
- lunch: cheap but boring 3/5
So it really depends on what you get. I'd suggest going there on the weekend for the English breakfast or in the evening and go and have dessert somewhere else.

A vegan restaurant, I visited there 3 times, and ate there Tempeh salad, schnitzel dish and a local interesting Latvian cold soup based on veg cream and beetroot, dill, cucumber and tofu, with a local hot cocktail.

I went there for lunch on a Sunday so it was only the breakfast menu. The waffle with scrambled tofu was very good but the portion was a bit small, and the waffle itself wasn’t warm enough. The place is nice but the music is too loud for the middle of the day.

We went there on a week day for lunch - they offered three dishes, it is also possible to get smaller portions and try two or all of them - great option 😋

I loved the different dishes and the spices used - this was definitive made by some creative master mind (this also applies to the dessert! 🍰 My tip: Don't miss it!) The desserts are raw which I personally really like ❤️

I recommend this place for anyone in the area. This restaurant offers very cozy and inventive vegan food, which is also fresh and nutritious. There are so many different options to choose from and I am already thinking of visiting again to try different things. This time I ordered the Classic “Schnitzel”, which is also gluten-free and I loved it. But one thing to keep in mind is that the main menu is available every day from 15.00.

These both were great. The “Herring” had a proper fish taste and the “schnitzel” was meaty. Both were very generous portion size and cost was cheaper than expected for the size of meal.
Pros: Fully vegan , Big portion size, Flavour of food was amazing.
