Actual vegan cheese curds! - Edit
While the cheese curds are not stretchy like the ones with dairy, I was really happy to have these. They’re soft and melty in the mouth. The poutine was delicious! We got a small in each size and the portions were generous.

Nice to get vegan poutine - Edit
We had the poutine and a ceasar salad. It was nice to get a vegan poutine.
Read moreThe salad was standard with a very good dressing. The poutine was good, but the "cheese" curds have not been my taste.

Super cool spot, they've got my favorite poutine in the city. They also have "southern style" comfort food, great Nashville hot sandwich!

Poutine time - Edit
What a place, when in Montreal, we had to get some vegan poutine and this is considered the place by many. Overall we were stoked by the feed, just keep in mind how big the portion sizes are, you might need a to- go box. The whole place is vegan and the variety is good, but even their bog standard poutine was brilliant. We’ll definitely come back

Amazing poutine! - Edit
Honestly such a great place with awesome food. The poutine tasted just like I remembered in my pre-vegan times and it hit all the cravings.
Read moreGot the classic poutine and the Buffalo poutine (they were out of the wings for that one, but the swap with fried tofu was 10/10 regardless)

Vegan yes but meh - Edit
We had a pretty rude server. The place felt uncomfortable despite our hopes to enjoy it, rate it well and buy a t-shirt. Instead we had fried sub par food with a TBSP each of just egg on the brunch classic plates. No English on the menu, and we could manage with some searching… I get it we are in Montreal. However the server was not helpful and didn’t care. We had to ask for water, and more water, and just about anything you could think of. If you like tater tots and can’t fry your own, or oil and dry toast go here. Otherwise stay clear. The tofu sandwich came with 0 sauce. I would have rated 1 star for being vegan but app wouldn’t let me.

Poutine! - Edit
Maynard is offering poutine to the vegan masses. Their classic poutine is drenched in a flavorful gravy and populated with vegan cheese curds. The large is plenty to share with a fellow diner. My only regret is that I was not able to try their many other poutine creations (Buffalo!).

Delicious Food & Huge Portions - Edit
Ordered the small tex mex poutine and it was huge!! Ate half for a full lunch and had another substantial half left for dinner later. Dish was so good, with an awesome amount of toppings and the only poutine out of many I've tried to have actual "curds". Incredible value for what you get and amazing ambiance.

The Nashville Hot Tofu sandwich (with house-made tofu) is really, really good. The poutine was great for splitting, and it was some of the best I’ve had. You can get a shake to go and enjoy walking around the neighborhood.

Food was good, but... - Edit
When we got there, they were getting their food delivery, and the door was propped open. In November. So we sat there freezing almost our entire visit. Despite this, I was really keen on having a milkshake but was told they were out of ice cream. Anyway, the food was really good. Then we ordered the deepfried Oreos and we were told they were out of Oreos. The server went to check just in case and some had just come in as part of the delivery, so at least we had those.

Great place for vegan poutin! - Edit
Nice restaurant that, among others, sells many variations on poutin. Very tasty! Though a bit on the heavy and fat side for me (I had the Nashville poutin). Also had a good milkshake. Not all types of poutin were available when I visited. I hoped to try some fried oreos but they were also out of those.
