First time eating here, I 100% plan on becoming a regular. Got the taco bowl with chickpea stew and love, love, loved it. Non vegan hubby said, "Omg it was so good I couldn't stop eating it!"

I had a taco bowl with mushrooms and chickpea stew. Incredible. My partner had coconut wrap with walnut meat. Amazing. Raw cheesecake was so good. Perfect size and texture.

Exquisite tastes! - Edit
Happily surprised to find this true gem in the heart of Allentown! Difficult choosing from the menu...everything sounded so good! I had the most delicious taco bowl I've ever experienced; the walnut meat was seasoned to perfection. Had hoped to sit outside on the patio, but rain chased us away! I'll certainly return to this small business on my next Allentown visit!

My boyfriend and I ordered the chopped cheese hero for pickup and it was the best sandwich I've had in a very long time. Delicious, fresh, and full of wonderful flavors and textures.

My husband and I just ate lunch there and the walnut meat is amazing. Service was great. Chickpea stew was out of this world. Highly recommend it. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

The tacos with oyster mushroom filling were to die for. Hands down some of the best tacos I've ever had. Smoothies were also flavorful and delicious. Only thing to consider is everything is made fresh, so order ahead of you're in a rush.

I Had a great meal. I ordered a chop cheese sandwich it was like a cheese steak made with walnut meat I also got a strawberry banana smoothie it was all delicious. #Veganuary
Read more…update when back and had the street tacos 🌮 they were amazing. I also had another chop cheese but with portobello mushrooms, the mushrooms were cooked perfectly and I think I liked it even better than the walnut meat version. Will definitely be stopping here when ever I’m in Allentown great place 👍 👍

Loved the chop cheese, the Walnut meat could pass for real meat. Jess is super nice and lovely to talk with. She also made a great cup of coffee with walnut milk and agave.

Everything is perfect. This cafe focuses on Whole Foods & provides clean comfort eating. Everything I tried was amazing & the vibes are immaculate. I can’t wait to go back. Jess is so sweet, passionate, and an amazing chef. The walnut meat is so filling & flavorful. 11/10 would recommend to plant based & meat eaters alike. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Vegan Gem in Allentown - Edit
Living Electric is a cute spot on the corner of 15th and Chew Street in Allentown. It has such a welcoming atmosphere and Jessica, the owner, is friendly and ready to cook for you! This is NOT fast food, you will wait as Jessica prepares your food to order, and it's so worth the wait!
Read moreWe had a chopped cheeze with walnut meat, soft tacos with portabella mushrooms with her cheeze sauce and hemp sauce, fruit smoothies with sea moss, and pasta primavera with her coconut pasta sauce and a salad to go! (I'd like to try one of each, please!) She would ask us if we prefer spicy or not, and make the food to our liking.
This food is cooked with intuition and pure love. I can't wait to go back!

We had taco bowls, chop cheeze, and avocado toast and everything was super tasty! The menu is fully vegan and really tastes like it's made with love, which is also reflected in the enthusiasm and friendliness of the owner. Other items on the menu include pastas, tacos, and wraps. Looking forward to trying those too!
