I'm a native New Englander, and love living in Vermont. For a few years, I lived in Durham, NC where I helped run Bull City Vegan, promoting local vegan options, as well as co-organizing the Bull City Vegan Challenge, a friendly competition amongst select Durham restaurants to come up with the most creative vegan options. Maybe someday I'll do something similar in Vermont!
