More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am anti-violence in every way.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
Other restaurant sites are too flesh-centric, though I like to leave positive vegan reviews in other places to normalize this way of eating and help other vegans who don't yet know to come here.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Cozumel, Mexico. Pacific Northwest. Can't wait to visit Vancouver, Seattle, Tucson. Love cities of all kinds.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Pumpkin, peanut butter, beets, cilantro, coconut, Thai-African-Caribbean spices, chickpeas, lemons.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
VegNews. Colleen Patrick Goudreau's cookbooks, also Sarah Kramer and Bryant Terry are amazing too.
