Awesome Smoothies - Edit
We stopped in for some smoothies after having lunch in the area. Great spot if you're looking for drinks. We didn't try any of the food since we had just eaten, but it looked delicious. All the veggies are laid out in front of you to choose from.
Pros: Plenty of vegan options
Cons: Looks like it can get crowded

it's a clean and laid back place, with many healthy smoothie options. also, you can customize your salad to be vegan, which is very helpful.
