Restaurant walking distance from airport - Edit
This place is located in the Wyndham Hotel, which is about 50 yards in front of the airport. They have a few clearly marked vegan items. I had a vegan antichoco and a vegan dessert; both were excellent. I also stayed at the hotel and had their breakfast. The vegan items consisted mostly of vegetables and fruit, and you could ask for plant milk.
Read moreThe surface is at a relaxed pace--in other words, it's not at an airport speed pace. If you're in a rush to catch your plane, this is not the place to go to. On the other hand, if you want a relaxing meal before your flight and you get to the airport at least an hour before you're supposed to (or if you're starving after you get off your flight and want a meal right away) this place is quite fine.

Con lo difícil que ha sido encontrar opciones veganas en Tumbes (Perú) tener la oportunidad de poder comer algo contundente en una escala larga en Lima se agradece bastante. Tienen varias opciones en la sección saludable. Nosotros probamos la “vurger” y el pastel de queso vegano. Ambos deliciosos. Lo que mejoraría sería añadir algún logo vegano para mejorar la claridad.

Good vegan opions when asked - Edit
I had a vegan rice dish with two types of soy from the menu—pan-fried and deep-fried with potatoes and corn. Both were very tasty! I also had a vegan anticucho.

Exit the Airport for options. - Edit
Had a long wait in Lima airport. Literally no vegan options in airport. Make sure to exit on the second floor and paprika is attached to the hotel on the left hand side. They have a few vegan options on their healthy menu page. For anyone in a spot of bother of finding something more filling than a bag of crisps. Food is very good and beer menu is even better.

Lovely restaurant with several great options 🍝 - Edit
Went to the other airport branch of this restaurant on my last journey through Lima and this one was even better (although no vegan ceviche at this branch - but they do have other veganised traditional Peruvian dishes). Cannot explain how nice it was to come here on a long layover after several weeks working hard in the jungle!! Much needed delicious carby soul food - and they also did me a special pisco sour without egg 🍸
