The only place inside the terminal with vegan food - Edit
Natoo is a chain found at airports that offers healthy-ish items. This branch is at the start of Gates D, after security, for international flights only. If you are taking a domestic flight, you are out of luck.
Read moreTheir vegan items are not clearly labeled, but--unlike any other place in this airport--they do have vegan items (if you don't speak Spanish, you might need a dictionary just to verify the ingredients, which they do list). Indeed, when I asked another restaurant inside the terminal if they had any vegan food, they sent me to Natoo.
I had overnight oats made with almond milk that was quite nice, plus a verbena lemonade. They also have fruit cups and avocado toast. I didn't see much else that was vegan. Even the salads, as far as I could tell, were not vegan. Still, for an airport restaurant, this place is decent.
This place is counterserve, with a bunch of table and seats.
