Nice little place - Edit
Cute coffee shop with high quality beans and chocolate. Only two savoury food options on the day we visited - avo toast (with vegan feta option) or grilled cheese (no vegan option). Service was a little slow but friendly.

Lovely find! - Edit
We found ourselves outside Blackpool so decided to trek here for lunch as the vegan options were non-existent around our location. So glad we made the trip! There’s only about 5 or 6 tables and the food menu had 3 options, two of which could be made vegan. I had an everything bagel with vegan cream cheese and my partner had a bagel with jalapeño hummus, vegan feta and sundried tomatoes. We finished off with some lemon drizzle cake. They have oat milk for coffee/matcha. Really enjoyed everything. It’s a pity we don’t live closer because it seems like a nice place to park up with a book!

The best for miles around - Edit
Hands down the best spot in Blackpool, for a coffee, for vegan baked goods, and for a comfortable sit down in somewhere a bit more genuinely stylish than everywhere else for miles around.

🌱 VEGAN BREAKFAST BUN
Read more💰: £6.30
💭: when I say this was the best breakfast bun I’ve ever had… I am not lying (I am still craving one of these again). This was delicious and filling! It was a potato bun with a vegan sausage patty, sliced avocado, bloody mary tomato sauce, vegan cheese, and red onion.
🤷🏽♀️: Order again? 110% Yes - I will be back
📝: This is a busy vegetarian cafe. They know where their food and drinks come from, ensuring sustainability. They sell small plants. Very homely vibe. Worth going for breakfast. Staff were incredibly lovely.

Best cafe in town - Edit
Genuinely my favourite spot in Blackpool, even before I went veggie. The food is exquisite, leagues ahead of most places in town, regularly updated menu and longstanding dishes being tweaked and improved. The people running the place obviously enjoy the work and it shows. You can't visit Blackpool and not stop in here. You can also buy plants.

Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options - Edit
I’ve been here twice with friends! The food is incredible, the atmosphere is very chilled, and the staff are lovely. Resh helped me pick out a plant (still thriving after a year!) and recommended drink and food options. As a gluten-free vegetarian, I am really restricted in where I can eat, but Upside Down has huge options and they are willing to accommodate where possible. Dog friendly!

Alright - Edit
I was a bit grumpy because Blackpool was not the easiest place to find a vegan breakfast and was disappointed that they didn't have many options (one). I liked the coffee flight but we were too early for the lunch options and already planned to eat lunch later. We decided to go have vegan patties all round in the end because we were hungry and they were really nice.

A lovely find for breakfast! - Edit
Visited after reading reviews - so glad we went! Thankfully got there just in time for the vegan breakfast bun which was lovely. Excellent coffee, lovely plants, great service and atmosphere. Will be visiting again because there are lots of things on the menu that need trying, and then I need to get started on the cake selection...!!!

Nice little cafe - Edit
Cute little café which also sells plants with super friendly staff. When we were there they were short staffed, so they only had two lunch options, a ciabatta sandwich and a sausage burger, which both could be made vegan. Both tasted very nice, as did the cinnamon roll.

Vegan haven in a desert of junk food - Edit
Finally managed to visit this gem on a bitterly cold Wednesday. Not too busy. Relaxed friendly staff. We had the chickpea pancakes with aubergine curry which was delicious. Couldn't resist the chocolate chip cookies. They were perfect. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Coffee was excellent too. Can't wait to go again.
