AMAZING empanadas - Edit
The vegan empanadas blew my mind! They were expertly seasoned and perfectly cooked, and they were delicious with the complimentary sauces! I used to see the food truck regularly in the Kingston Sam’s Club parking lot, but haven’t lately. They usually post their schedule on Instagram, so definitely follow them for updates!
