Lovely vegan cupcakes! - Edit
Lovely little place with a great selection of cupcakes, milkshakes and cupcake splits! They are two vegan cupcakes for individual sale, I got both flavours - both extremely tasty! They also had a selection box of mini GF and vegan cakes! Staff were friendly and the eating are and bathroom were very clean. Would return and recommend!

Yummy & Rich - Edit
Two of the three vegan/GF options were available when I went - strawberry & chocolate. Got two of the chocolate cause I wanted EXTRA sweet treats and because they were so yummy. All of the cupcakes looked so good, would’ve loved to see one of the Summer themed cupcakes as a vegan/GF option.

Several Vegan Options! - Edit
I had the Oreo cupcake. It was delicious! The chocolate cupcake was so dark and moist. They also had at least 2 other vegan cupcakes. I will definitely try another next time I’m in town.

Lancaster Cupcakes has a great selection of vegan and gluten free cupcakes. Unfortunately they tend to run out of the vegan options, so it's best to call ahead.

They had chocolate vegan cupcakes with vanilla or chocolate frosting. I had chocolate with vanilla frosting. Very moist and delicious, just like a “normal” cupcake. I don’t usually like frosting but it was so good I ate all of the frosting too!

So my college (LBC) had the Lancaster Cupcake truck come to campus and I had a voucher for a free cupcake. I was overjoyed when I realized that they had their vegan cupcake. AMAZING. Would I pay astronomical prices in store for it, maybe once in awhile, but truthfully, it was delish. Recommend highly.

Doesn't taste like food - Edit
I'm not sure how to explain the vegan cupcake. There was one flavor available with two frosting flavors - strawberry or vanilla. As you can see in the pic, the cupcake is black, and my guess is that there's more dye than chocolate. It absolutely does not taste anything close to chocolate. It was the oddest tasting thing. My daughter calls it the "chem cake" because it tastes like chemicals. We got 1/2 dozen, and couldn't make it through one each. I read the review below talking about the sugar and moistness. I thought, "how could a moist cupcake be a negative?". Well, it is. The consistency is so wet that you can't get it separated from the wrapper. You literally have to scrape the paper with your teeth or you'll waste half the cake. At $2.70 a piece, that can't happen. We had to go outside to eat because it's so messy, and a good amount ended up on the ground. Completely crumbles apart due to no binding ingredient (eggs). It was a distaster. The sugar overload didn't bother us so much, as we were too sidetracked with the taste(lessness) to worry about it. I love that they're trying. I hope they improve it.

Yummy cupcakes, and there's always a vegan or gluten free option available. Only downside is it's usually only one flavor. However, the chocolate vegan one I had was delicious!
