Really great rice and beans - Edit
Love that Christina always labels everything appropriately. Every vegan option she has is awesome. I highly recommend her food. You can also order larger, catering size portions on her website.

I have been coming to this place since it opened and the owner's presence can be felt even when she's not there! Great, fresh food with lots of options.

Second Time YUM - Edit
Food stand in Lancaster Central Market where you can shop for wonderful produce and other vegan foods. Their vegetarian special includes really tadty yucca and plantains. I couldn't wait to have it a second time after the ladt visit. They just opened a totalky vegan, World cuisine restaurant in the area. That will be our next trip.
