Authentic Italian food with a vegan twist

I emailed Cinzia one of the owners) at La Locanda to ask about vegan options and got a speedy positive reply so booked a table for Saturday lunch. We had quite a choice as to starters, a few pasta and risotto dishes and sides and we were even given vegan shortbread with a fabulous espresso coffee, sorbet as a palate cleanser and a piece of chocolate to finish. Food was delicious, substantial and freshly made to order and Cinzia was the perfect host. Will definitely revisit.
