This place was so yummy!! It was nice to grab some gelato after the beach. They had so many unique flavors and they all were so good! My nonvegan nephew even said that was the best gelato he had the whole week in Barcelona!! Very nice staff, as well!! They told us as of July 18, 2018 they were going to be completely vegan. FIVE STARS!!

We tried the nachos and tacos which were delicious, fresh-tasting and served with a fab spicy sauce, followed by chocolate brownies with ice creams.
The vegan ice creams included unusual flavours like spicy mango, chocolate and chilli, peanut, coconut and raspberry.
Lovely day-of-the-dead decor and friendly service. Very vegan-friendly, everyone in there when we were there was vegan, wonder why it's not 100% vegan place.

This place has an incredible setting, it's like the theme is "Barbie goes to the Day of the Dead in Mexico"! But it's still very luminous, full of details and cozy with a telenovella playing while you hear Shakira singing through the speakers.
Read moreWe enjoyed the very cheap but filling burrito and quesadilla. We'll definitely come back for other recipes through different forms. The staff is warm and adorable, despite the language bareer. We also had a smoothie that had banana and berries, it was quite good! The icecream choice was to die for! For a vegan it's paradise! I got some vanilla and some banana split ice cream (with peanut butter! Interesting but next time I'll get the brownie flavor!). The ice cream was super good, the vanilla was very flavorful!!

This restaurant was great! Went with a few nonvegan friends, and we all enjoyed our meals here. I had a vegan quesadilla, which was extremely delicious and one of the best quesadillas I have ever had. Also had chocolate cake with peanut butter/chocolate ice cream, which was very good as well. Not too expensive, and definitely worth the money if you are looking for good vegan food in Spain! If I ever return to Barcelona, I will be sure to return here.

I had the vegan nachos and ice cream. All of it was great! It was so refreshing to have vegan Mexican food! Even the ice cream cones are vegan, which is something I haven't indulged in in a while. The ice cream flavors are also very creative, with everything from Papaya to Mexican Vainilla to Coconut Raspberry!

Read moreDie Burritos sind klein und fad. Auch die hausgemachte Salsa konnte die Burritos nicht aufpeppen. Zudem waren nicht alle angegebenen Zutaten in den Burritos enthalten.
Insgesamt war der Besuch sehr enttäuschend. Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hatte ich viel mehr erwartet.

Came across this restaurant near barceloneta and was extremely happy I found it ! The owners of this place are a family and are the sweetest people you will ever meet ! All I can say is that if you come here you must try the vegan nachos ! My friends and I come here solely for the vegan nachos and vegan ice cream ! Must have !!

We came in and asked which ice cream flavored were vegan - ALL of them were vegan! And they were delicious. Very friendly staff, English was no problem (we did get to brush up our Spanish this trip).

Es ist kein rein vegetarischer Laden dafür haben die das beste Vegane Eis das ich bisher gegessen habe mit ausgefallenen Sorten wie : Vanille - Zimt oder Guave. Der Vegane Burrito war leider nicht so lecker. Roher nicht angemachter klein geschnittener Tofu, große Spinat Blätter, Reis und Kidney Bohnen.. Alles ohne Sauce oder dipp.. Sehr Geschmacksneutral. Auf der Speisekarte steht allerdings was ganz anderes nämlich : Qinoa Reis, Tomaten, Avocado, Spinat, Zwiebeln, Koriander und Tofu.

The V-Ice Cream Parlour - Edit
Having just eaten at the very close by Bar Celoneta vegan sangria bar we caught sight of the eye catching signs for this place advertising vegan food as we approached the beach. Upon further investigation it turns out this is an extremely vegan friendly place serving all sorts of vegan Mexican food such as burritos €6, tacos €7, quesadillas €5.50 and nachos €7.80. Unfortunately, the bellies were already full but there was room for vegan ice cream. It's all home made, all vegan with one exception and very imaginative with flavours infused with ingredients such as beer, chilli and tequila. It was also stated that all of their cakes were vegan too. At €2.80 for a single scoop of ice cream I did feel it was a touch pricey, but undeniably delicious for sure. OK, here's a potential scenario: you are vegan, you are at Barceloneta beach and are desperate for ice cream? Do I really need to elaborate any further!

Amazing vegan ice cream flavours on the beach! - Edit
We discovered this great place by random when coming to Barceloneta beach. On the main pedestrian road along the beach, there was a big panel indicating the selling of vegan ice creams 20 meters away! We canned not avoid to go there! The place is small with only 3 tables inside but they mainly sell ice creams to take away. They have a lot of flavours, some of them are really exotic like, for instance, the mango-chili or chocolate-chili ones. They also have rare fruit sorbets. These ice creams are really amazing and at a decent price.
