hands down best place and taste in barcelona. cozy atmosphere, lovely staff and a small menu, which is good because you will want to have each of the 6-8 items over and over again.

Tucked away on a side street, if you blink you could miss it. Keep your eyes open- you do NOT want to miss this place! Delicious local wines to try and great food. Add in a relaxed, casual vibe and friendly, attentive service, and you’ll see why Grasa is on our short list of favorite restaurants from this trip!

The place is so nice. The staff is really friendly and the food was really really lovely!! We had the empanada (very good) vitello tonato (very good) tomato tartar (good) and some skewers of which I forgot the name and the photo😅. Will definitely come back here!!!

As a non drinker would love to have a fancier drink in a beautiful glass as everyone who prefers wine
I had 0.0 beer, (cause it was late evening and kombucha has caffeine), which was A BIT underwhelming comparing to the food and experience(cause that was top notch), but that's ok :)

What a wonderful experience. We arrived early at the restaurant,, a beautiful locale in Barceloneta.
Read moreThe service was great, swift and friendly, and the menu even while small, was very appetizing and original (no pad thai and veggie burger thankfully).
The portions were not very big, but easily made up for it by its sheer flavour and quality. Every dish was better than the one before, I specially loved the truffle focaccia sandwich and the roasted oyster mushrooms.
Now, I have to discuss the negatives. The restaurant is expensive, easily surpassing the rest of Barcelona vegan restaurants with the exception of Fronda (which is fine dining).
Also, Barceloneta is the second worse neighbourhood in Barcelona, and the nearby streets don't exactly scream safe nor clean.
All in all, our experience at Grasa was amazing and it is a place where we will return!

Top 3 meals we’ve had in Europe! Everything was delicious, well thought out and it was an absolute highlight of an experience. The staff are beautiful and lovely and really passionate and knowledgeable. Try the orange wine, so good!

Grasa was truly one of the highlights of my recent trip to Barcelona! It is very tastefully decorated, near the beach, and has a great varied wine & food menu. The staff was very attentive and had lots of good recommendations.

If you're a vegan, make sure you put it on your list! You won't regret it!

This food was absolutely outstanding, in my 5 years of being vegan there are 3 other restaurants i can count on my hand in the entire world of travelling that come on the same level if not lower than this restaurant. The food was so incredibly flavoursome, interesting, unique and not mock meat heavy which i find a lot of restaurants try and recreate. Not only was the food outstanding to any foodies level, but the service, the wine and the ambience was beautiful.

Loved it! Of those places that you would repeat non stop… the food was delicious and the service was on top! We had the grilled mushrooms with chimichurri, baos, bread with kimchi and tiramisu for dessert. The organic wine was also a plus. I mean, totally recommend it! 😃🫶🏼 do not doubt it
