Good sandwich - Edit
The pizzas in the other posts looked disgusting so I ordered the sandwich. It was very good. I liked the bread, hummus, cashew mayo, sauerkraut, and avocado all together.

Vegan Pizza and Sandwhich - Edit
For lunch I picked up a vegan sandwhich for Machu Picchu which was fantastic and cost 28/sol then dinner I had the vegan pizza and it was loaded with vege. I eat a lot and both were good portions (pizza cost 48/sol).

Recommend the pizza! - Edit
My partner and I shared the vegan pizza, it was the best cheese-less pizza we’ve had in a while. Generous and very fresh toppings, delicious wood-fired base with a perfect consistency. Wasn’t too dry like some cheese-less pizzas, thanks to the drizzle of cashew cream and lots of avo.
Read moreBeware the baked goods in the counter though - the next day we got a tomato focaccia to takeaway, and realised halfway through eating it had blue mould spots.
Pros: delish wood-fired pizza
Cons: mouldy focaccia

Amazing vegan sandwich and they have non-dairy milk - Edit
Was so happy to find a vegan sandwich that wasn’t just bread in this expensive tourist town! Sandwich was so filling, yummy & I liked the extra touch of the sauerkraut and cashew sauce. Was also stoked to get a latte with soy milk. I think they also have almond milk.

Overpriced and not good pizza - Edit
Had the vegan pizza. Was externally salty with a mix of too many olives and sea salt.
Read morePaying 42 soles for that (more expensive than the non vegan pizza) is ridiculous. I only ate it as I was super hungry. Probably can find better food at a better price elsewhere.
Service was good, the bread looked good as well.

Muy buen sandwich - Edit
En un pueblo como Aguas Calientes donde las opciones veganas brillan por su ausencia se agradece al menos poder comer este delicioso sandwich. El local es muy agradable para sentarse un rato a descansar.

Yummy pizza and sandwich - Edit
This restaurant is probably less known but it's definitely worth a visit. Their sandwich is amazing with the cashew spread. And also the pizza has convinced us. If I'd go again, I'd kindly ask them to top the pizza with the cashew spread as a cheese replacement😉we also enjoyed a lovely service and happily recommend this place.

Truly delicious sandwich - Edit
I've been looking for a good vegan sandwich FOREVER. Walking along the street I saw the sign board that said vegan sandwich, in a nice cage that has homemade focaccia and sourdough bread, so I had to try......
Read moreThe vegan sandwich was made on deliciou, fresh homemade rosemary focaccia bread, and had avocado, cruditos (fermented carrot, cabbage, and Chilis which was the star of the sandwich) and a cashew spread.
It was a perfect combo, because I friggin love just a classic good sandwich on AMAZING bread.
Forget the crappy quinoa patty burgers available everywhere and just try one of these simple delicious Sammie's. I think I'll order another one for dinner right now 😅.
Pros: Fresh homemade bread, Delicious juices, Great coffees
