Serves meat, vegan options available. Chill place with 2 tables in a pebble garden in the courtyard of a guesthouse, opened Sept 2013. Menu features breakfast food, curry and vegetable dishes with tofu and brown rice (no red meat), plus fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, and lassi. Try a hearty vegetable and pumpkin soup or a vegan burger. The friendly owner is also the cook. Confirmed closed, Mar 2017.

Kasalong Gardens has closed

Kasalong Gardens was situated next to Mild Cafe now there is a vacant block in it's place

A really cozy place with excellent juices

Very friendly and welcoming service. Delicious juices/shakes, with fresh fruit and organic vegetables. And no sugar! Generous portions for both food and drinks. And the complimentary ginger tea was perfect too. Besides a few mosquito bites this place is great. I most definitely recommend it and will re-visit myself.

Lovely Little Place

I've been here several times now and it has never failed to be amazing. It's located in the same compound as a guesthouse by the same name, and the dining area is just about three or four tables atop their pebble garden. They'd be hard-pressed to seat more than ten people at a time!

Wonderful pumpkin and vegetable soups, Tom Yum soup neither too fishy nor too rich with coconut, giant vegan burgers with fresh avocado and beautiful salads, perfect sweet-and-sour veggies, fresh smoothies where you can taste the fruit, and so much more. Haven't been disappointed by a single item on the menu, even across all these different categories.

The cook/owner guy is adorable, friendly, and a whiz in the kitchen. I really hope he does well!

Pros: Everything's delicious, Nice ambiance, Friendly service

Cons: Low seating capacity, A little slow (one man operation)
