Amazing sushi - Edit
This is hands down the best sushi I've ever had. They have an entire vegan menu. It was amazing and even the dessert was vegan. I can not recommend this place enough!

The restaurant is placed central in Aalborg and it's decorated with a fake sakura tree in the entrance area and with diferent kinds of origami hanging from the ceiling. The staff is very nice and when the food comed they talk about the ingredients and which sauce compliments the different kinds of sushi the best. The sushi itself is so beautiful to look at and the taste is amazing as well! 😍🍣 I went on my birthday and therefore I was offered a small brownie-based cake with candles and various toppings, which I'm sure was vegetarian. It was VERY heavy and sweet, so I was happy to share some of it with my bf ❤

Das Sushi schmeckt fantastisch, allerdings gibt es nicht sehr viel Auswahl. Ansonsten ein sehr bequemes und edel wirkendes Restaurant. Wofür ich allerdings nochmal einen Stern abziehen muss, ist der Preis. Den finde ich schon sehr hoch gesetzt.

We couldn’t eat inside because we travel with our dog, so we ordered the vegan box and ate in the car. The box looked great, with little bottles of home brewed soy sauce. And home made gingerpickles.

Ich hatte das vegane Menü zum Mittagessen, es war sehr lecker und auch schön angerichtet. Abgesehen vom Sushi war die Zitronensauce definitiv mein Highlight! Der Ginger und das Wasabi waren ebenfalls sehr gut.

Bombastic sushi experience - Edit
Wow, certainly the best sushi of my life! It was simply bombastic! They have a complete vegan menu, with different options and super polite staff! Each one of the 11 sushi displayed an awesome taste in the mounth! It was really an experience! I also had the edamame in the beggining, which obviously was outstanding!

I had the vegan menu for take away and it was good, but expensive! (I believe I paid 219 kr. for the menu without anything to drink). It was beautifully arranged and tasted fresh and good - but I missed a little bit of variety.

They don't have a lot of vegan options, but those they do have are delicious. Both me and my omni-boyfriend find the advokado crunch rolls to be the best on their menu!

Finally no boring vegan sushi! - Edit
My experience has only been positive with this restaurant. I went there to celebrate a birthday with my boyfriend and the atmosphere was really cozy. For starters we had soy-glazed almonds and they blew my mind. I have made them on my own at home ever since! Together with the almonds we got an avocado creme, but I believe there was sour creme in it.
Read moreThey have a vegan menu that offers two different rolls and a few separate pieces. It was so nice to see that the sushi place had vegan choices, and not just avocado or cucumber. The vegan rolls were really good and out of the ordinary! However, the price it a little bit higher than what I would usually pay for sushi, but the quality makes it worth it.
I will definitely be visiting again!
