We decided very spontaneously to eat at Kapunka Vegan. As we arrived we were lucky to get one free table for two. The waiter was very polite! We ordered for Entrée the summer rolls which arrived very quickly and were yummy. Then we had the peanut pad thai and one of the currys. Both super yummy! It looks simple, but the taste was unique. Exactly what we needed on this day. Coming back for more 😃

Interesting mix on the menu, I had the aubergine curry (potatoes & turnip and maybe some tofu in there too). Tasty and you can get extra fresh chilies too. I accidentally had the chocolate pot too, would have been rude not to, seeing as I was there.

We had the summer rolls, which were crunchy and tasted fresh, although a maybe a little bland in flavour. For the main I had the green curry and my husband had the massaman curry. Both currys were amazing and very filling. I also recommend the Bangkok Lemonade which was spot on 👌 We were lucky to get a table, so I would suggest booking.

The food was good, we had the summer rolls (the rolls themselves were bland, but the sauce that came with it was amazing, saving the dish) and the tom kha soup (delicious) for starters. Then for the main I had the massaman curry and my partner had the green curry. Both were amazing in flavour and very silky and nice.
Read moreOne lesser point would be that in the corner by the window where we were sitting, the window itself was covered in water inside the restaurant and the wall and ceiling near the window had quite a bit of mould on it.

Tried this place for the first time this week and really enjoyed it. I had the Pad Thai and it was tasty. The vibe was also nice and the staff was friendly. Will definitely go back to try more on the menu.

We had a really nice evening here. Great coctails, lots of vegetables and good flavours. The Soupe Tom Kha and the Curry Vert were delicious, but quite similar. It was a good thing they contained a lot of crunchy fresh vegetables. We went all the way and tried the desserts. Big portions, a bit too sweet.

We didn’t have a reservation but we were able to get seats as long as the table was back to them by a certain time. Perfect for us as we tend not to linger. It is small so book if you can. I had the green curry. It was served with a decent amount of rice and had a lot of flavour in the sauce. I enjoyed the tofu and mixed vegetables in it. It is so nice to have a vegan green curry. For dessert I had a pot of chocolate which was nice too but I’ve had more chocolatey tasting chocolate pots. The person working there was nice.

La carte propose peu de plats, ce qui est bon signe, et la qualité est au rendez vous. L'endroit n'est pas tres grand et plutot cosy. Comme les plats sont servis avec du riz ou des nouilles de riz, ils sont sans gluten, c'est un plus !

A small venue with a nice feel (ambience of an original, independent, local place). Only tried the massaman curry which was flavoursome. All the wines are vegan too. Great to have choices other than just vegan burgers.
