The bowl/ rice and beans were excellent but unfortunately the vegan meatballs were very dry. I'd come back to try the other vegan options. Also a 3% credit card surcharge is a bit of a turn off.

Too bad Happy Cow doesn’t allow you to put 5 stars! I’ve been there multiple times and eaten the tofu tacos, vegan empanadas, and tofu burrito … all so yummy! The tofu burrito is by far my favorite.. so flavorful!

I appreciate that they have a lot of options for vegans, but I found the food really bland overall. Everything needed a good pump of salt and garlic. I will say their vegan molten chocolate cake gets 5 stars alone, and I was impressed that they even had vegan desserts to begin with. This is a cool place to come with a big group because there’s something on the menu for everyone. Pretty loud atmosphere, and I saw on the menu that they have djs sometimes. A cool spot for a younger crowd, not the place for a quiet dinner.

Tofu?? At a Mexican restaurant?!? - Edit
Wow!!! We were so impressed with all of the options!! Everything on the menu is labeled well, and many many of the other options can be made vegan. We had the crispy tofu bowl and tacos, and both were excellent.

So many amazing options beyond just the typical veggie tacos/burritos. This place has vegan sour cream, vegan cheese, as well as vegan meat and tofu as protein options! I can’t wait to come back and try everything they have. Really good drinks and cool vibe too!

I am going to be dreaming about those perfectly prepared plantains, sweet and tender yet crisp and caramelized. I went out of my way to come here for the vegan options and it was 100% worth it. The tofu even got a stamp of approval from my decidedly nonvegan mother.

This is an amazing restaurant for a vegan. Even though the restaurant isn’t 100% vegan, you can get basically any menu item veganized. It’s so hard to find good vegan food that you don’t have to make yourself and I am super impressed with this place. Plus the whole atmosphere is a hip hop vibe which is super dope. I am sitting here now on a Saturday afternoon. There are families here, super dope music, very kind and friendly staff and $3 mimosas. I would highly recommend this place to any vegan. Plus you can come here with your non-vegan friends and everyone is happy!! I will be coming back here again and again! Trust!

Dreaming of that Vegan Burrito - Edit
During Covid-19 we have become vegan. Our first vegan restaurant experience was from here and we got the vegan burritos. They were amazing! Can’t afford to order take out every week, but when we can order, this is the go to meal! Cashew sour cream was AMAZING.

I love this place!!! Even before it added more vegan options I would still go because they always served vegan tacos and I could add the tofu to my salad. Now they've added vegan quesadillas and so much more! The owner even told me they are working on adding vegan dessert options to their menu. A great date night place to go to With a chill environment and great music
