Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I'm vegan because it's logical. My health, the environment's health, the animals health...all are benefited by a vegan lifestyle. Until someone shows me different, this is how I will be.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It's such a key tool when traveling. We're all just playing our part to help our community grow.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Boulder Colorado is an amazing place. South Florida is great, so is San Francisco. But NYC will always be home for me.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Pizza and Ice Cream. I'm a vegan chef and I specialize in making vegan versions of non-vegan foods.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Forks Over Knives and Earthlings are the two best DVDs. Eating Animals is the best book.
