Vegan Dim Sum Heaven… - Edit
I was really impressed by the vegan dim sum here. Their vegan versions of traditional dim sum come very close to how I remember them tasting pre-vegan. This is an absolute must try, no question!

Tastes like my childhood - Edit
I haven’t had dim sum in years because it’s not very vegan friendly, so I was ecstatic when I found this place and asked my SO to take me there for my birthday. I got emotional eating some of my favorites- fried mochi with mince, shrimp dumplings, siu mai, sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf- so many options! They really captured the essence of the dish. The texture of the siu mai was interesting and strange but it was still very delicious. Highly recommend sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf (lor mai gai) an often overlooked childhood favorite and more filling than the other options. We went in for lunch, so even though it was Saturday there was no wait and the service was very fast. Overall great experience!

Cons: Expensive (but dim sum always is) , Some of the food on the menu was out of stock

Dim Sum dream come true - Edit
I’m so excited to have a vegan dim sum option near me on the westside!! I’ve been craving this for years and have so much trouble finding it - happy accidental Jewish Christmas Discovery!
Read moreThe chef used to be vegan so there is an entire vegan menu with a ton of very satisfying options including multiple desserts🤙
Everything is so cute and beautifully served not to mention delicious. I will be back many times with friends.
Only downside is that the servers really aren’t knowledgeable about vegan anything so be sure to have them ask the chef instead of just taking their word for it. I had asked for their non-dairy version of a milk tea and after I had already enjoyed half of it, the server ran back to the table to tell me he forgot that I had asked for non-dairy. When I asked if that meant I just drank a bunch of dairy he seemed confused. Seems he had luckily just not added any milk, dairy or non. Was a confusing exchange that, when added to some other confused reactions to what I felt were basic questions, left me not having confidence in the servers education or awareness regarding vegan menu items.

I wish I could give them 5 stars! I love that they have a separate vegan page in the menu, everything was delicious and authentic. Indoor & lots of outdoor seating. Street parking, there are some metered & not metered spots.

YUM! - Edit
We ordered almost all of the items on the vegan dim sum menu and everything was delicious. I especially loved the mochi balls and bbq steamed buns. They also have almond milk as an option for the milk teas. And even though this isn’t related to the quality of the food: I was delighted by the server robot lol.

Mixed feelings - Edit
Vegan dimsum was pretty good here. I’ve missed eating turnip cake since it’s hard to find it vegan but I really enjoyed the version here. Presentation was beautiful. Service was excellent though I’m honestly not a big fan of the robot that brings us our food. I have mixed feelings about this place because I read on IG that they took a lot of ideas from Inomoni.

Casual - Edit
Saw this place listed on happycow so my family came here for dinner just this week. Here's my Iron Teapot Dim Sum review.
Read moreIt's on a big road but with covered patio seating. The menu is by QR code only, and you order strictly on the phone. Three of us ordered an assortment of the vegan dishes that were available at the time. They are all small dishes, some were "out of stock." Pretty much the kitchen uses mock meats to replace the actual meats. Taste was fine for dishes, pretty authentic. I would go back to try the things that were "out of stock" next time hopefully if they have them.

Looks good, tastes bad - Edit
The presentation was great, but the food was nasty. My friends and I tried a bit of every vegan item and they were all disgusting some more than others. Maybe one day they will improve.
