Good stuff… - Edit
There are a couple of vegan options here according to my server. I tried the veggie pho and the crispy vegetable rolls which were both delicious. It definitely offers solid Vietnamese food. Service was good too. Restaurant is in a small strip mall with limited parking.

I don’t think there were many options, but they were clear about what was/wasn’t vegan, and I had 100% trust that the broth was vegan… and delicious.

Pho! - Edit
To date this is the best vegan pho I have had. Only one option on the menu, the Tofu and Mushroom Vegetable Pho. Was rich with flavor and contents. Ordered a large and struggled to finish it all.
