Little take-out sourdough bakery near Smith College Museum and downtown Northampton. Many breads are vegan suitable, and makes pizza after 5pm. Offers a house-made cashew cheese as well vegan sausage on pizza. Open Mon-Wed 9:00am-8:00pm, Thu-Sat 9:00am-9:00pm, Sun 9:00am-8:00pm.

Very vegan friendly and yummy - Edit
I made my own bread until I moved close to the Hungry Ghost. Their breads are to die for, and most are vegan. Staff are completely knowledgeable about vegan options. You can even order a bread loaf with vegan dark chocolate baked into the center- It's amazing. Vegan baked goods, crackers, and pizza slices and whole pies are also available. Watch out, this bread is very addicting. Many items are made with local products and ingredients.
Pros: Vegan and delicious, Vegan baked goods daily, Vegan pizza is delish
Cons: Bread is addicting, Possible weight gain, Hungry Ghost didn't move to AK with me
