Great vibes, excellent food - Edit
Took my two year old here for dinner and it was great! Everyone was very friendly and professional. The food was excellent! We got a pizza and the penne vodka. The ambience was awesome. 90s hip-hop played all night.

Love the vibes/lowered rating - Edit
Update:
Read moreFirst. I hate to do this. I love their food and ambience but tonight was the second time I was given the incorrect food at the sister restaurants , Humble and Johnny Tequila’s.
I am vegan and love they have lots of options. However, if you are going to offer a vegan menu you need a plan to ensure the food is correct. People order vegan food for various reasons including allergies.
At Johnny Tequilas I ordered a tofu taco and was giving ground beef which I didn’t know until I bit into it. Then they brought me a mushroom taco—ick. Finally got my order. They did comp the dish.
Tonight, we went to Humble and my order of flatbread had regular cheese which I didn’t realize until I ate a whole piece. They said the cook forgot. You can’t do that if offer menus for people who might be ordering due to an allergy or food restriction. No comp tonight either or even a discount. I almost cried when I ate the beef taco.
Again, I love and respect what they are trying to do here. Tasty vegan food is important and needed but a system has to be put into place to avoid this.
Old review:
Great service. I love the chicken parm and empanadas here. Tried to get the brownie sundae that was labeled vegan only to be told only the ice cream was dairy-free, so that was disappointing.
Kind of loud, but that might be on me.

The Best Brick Oven Pizza - Edit
5 Star brick oven style pizza. Entire crust is light as a feather with a smoky crunch. Wayyyy better than Blaze (not as many veggie toppings as a Blaze, but mushrooms were high quality and nearly melt in your mouth). Dinner and two rounds of drinks cost around $60 (2 delish mojitos & 2 IPAs). Funky decor with music that made us question whether we should go home afterwards or to da club. Retro video games, board games, and incredibly kind staff. Deep fried Oreos or Brownie with vanilla ice cream cuz you can. Johnny Tequilla's sister spot (if you haven't had that Ibirria tacos at J.T. you are missing out). SUPPORT. THIS. SPOT.
