Hotel Italia
Hotel with non-veg restaurant but has a vegan-friendly section in the breakfast buffet. Includes fresh fruits, cereals, muesli, bread and jam, juices--all marked with a "V OK." Could ask the waiter for soy milk and soy cappuccino, vegan croissant and biscuits, vegetable butter, organic jam, and fair trade brown sugar. The complimentary personal care products in the rooms are all cruelty-free. The hotel spreads vegan brochures.

very nice staff, close to the train station & city - Edit
On their website it says they have a vegan corner at the breakfast buffet. There was a sign saying that vegan items were labelled but there was actually nothing labelled at all.
After asking the staff, though, we were brought soy-cappuccino, cornflakes, soymilk, vegan "salami". Plus there were lots of fruits on the buffet. So breakfast was good!
The staff was very friendly and helpful!
