Great sandwich and restaurant - Edit
Amazing vegan sandwich! Order the avocado tofu with no mayo. I told the owner I was vegan and he immediately suggested removing the mayo. It was almost a banh mi style sandwich, delicious! My omnivore friend enjoyed the meat options as well. The owner was very nice, spoke English. The restaurant is decorated with skate boards, and very modern and beautiful. Super fresh bread and ingredients, and the fries were delicious.

Best shopkeeper and sandwiches and vibe - Edit
This place is a highlight of my trip. The guy who runs the shop is so cool and incredibly kind and speaks basically perfect English. I'm a big fan of him and his sandwiches. The tofu avocado is 💯💯💯💯

One of the few places offering a vegan option - Edit
Just one vegan sandwich available, but it is specifically vegan and delicious. There’s not many places that offer anything vegan in Hakodate, so this was a great find. Soy and oat milk available too.
