Great jackfruit sliders! Delicious and well-seasoned, vegan options are clearly marked and staff if knowledgeable. A fun food truck to drop by.

Excellent vegan street food! - Edit
I found this place on Thursday at the Gallivan Center. Their menu clearly indicates vegan options. The owner was so nice, and recommended the 'jacked sliders' which came with a bag of chips. It was 2 delicious sliders made with jackfruit, a tasty sauce, and some cabbage. They were so good, and a good deal! My co-workers saw what I was eating and asked, "Are you sure that is vegan?" This is a food truck worth stalking in Salt Lake City!

Cons: Possible wait in line but worth the wait
