Not great vegan options - Edit
The only vegan seasoning is a spicy sauce. It’s just noodles or rice with meager veggies and spicy sauce that doesn’t taste great. So many better options at other places. Go to Zao instead.

Good food, but sometimes workers don't know how to make vegan - Edit
I like the food from Cupbop. I always get the Doochi Bop, the tofu option, and make sure to tell them to make it vegan. But you really need to make sure that the worker knows how to make it vegan because about half the time they seem uncertain or confused. When ordering online, it tells you how to order it vegan. Order without the Lime Sauce and Spicy Mayo Sauce to make it vegan. I believe the spice level needs to be a certain one, but I am not totally sure. So make sure to ask them. But I know that Level 7 is vegan.
