Unique!

At Glean, finally you can have some sweets again that probably weren't available to you since you became vegan! And better yet: the vegan flodeboller are much better than any non-vegan flodeboller I have had in my life.
I also tried the p-taerter with peanuts, they are amazing. Also tried the fudge, but to be honest, that's not their best product, in my opinion (not bad, but I wouldn't buy it again).
The products are quite expensive, but it is all handmade, it is something special and you support a business that probably makes "going vegan" more easy and attractive - nobody has to abstain from flodeboller anymore!

Super tasty sweet treat

Delicious! Tried the lemon curd and passion fruit flødebollers with a hot chocolate.
Other flavours included plain, coconut, yuzu, blackcurrant, mocha salted caramel, and liquorice.
You can also sample different flavours and the sample sizes are quite generous!!
Everything in photo was £14, and a single flødeboller was around £3.50.

Too sweet

Not bad coffee, very friendly staff, a wide selection, and some quite interesting flavors. The sweets are really beautiful and have a nice, airy texture, but… to me they tasted insanely sweet. Yes, I realize sweets are supposed to be sweet, but these were so cloying that I couldn’t taste anything except sugar 😑

Like Austrian "Schwedenbomben"

They are basically like Austrian "Schwedenbomben". The taste is very good but they are quite pricey.

Enjoyed it. Won’t return.

My first chocolate marshmallows since going vegan. Such a treat!

This post is just about the food. I found out later that they have a partnership with the Copenhagen Zoo, something I don’t support. So this was my final visit.

Typical Danish sweet

Had a mocha caramel flødeboller. High quality chocolate outside, airy subtle mocha flavour inside and a bit of caramel in the middle. Top dessert!

3/5

Very nice that they offer a traditional sweet in vegan version! The texture inside was very smooth but overall for my personal taste, it was too sweet. I would still recommend it if you want to have something typical Danish 🇩🇰

Flödeboller

Great service, lovely flødeboller, would be nice with a few more danish pastry options.

Delicious

I didn’t really know what to expect since I hadn‘t heard of flødebollar before.

Turns out it’s a delicious sweet: thick marshmallow filling covered with dark chocolate and with a marzipan bottom.
I had the one with lemon curd filling and - OMG!!!! - can‘t think of anything else today!

Pros: Large choice, Very special

Delicious delicious

Found it by a huge chance, we were just strolling in the market and how lucky we were! You can get many flavors, biting into the crunchy chocolate to then find the soft tasty interior is very satisfying. We got four flodeboller and honestly after the first one we were pretty satisfied. A must try!

Has ice cream too

The flødebolle ice cream is super delicious too! Must try, they essentially crush the flødeboller into vanilla ice cream. And of course all of the flødeboller are worth a try too!

Pros: Many flavours, Ice cream too

Danish classic gone vegan

To discover you could get flødeboller vegan made me very happy.
You can also get them delivered and available in some supermarkets.
Non-vegans who I shared them with also approved.

Pros: Great taste, Excellent range, Helpful staff

Outstanding sweet treats, including ice cream

Ice cream so tasty, and an incredible range of flødeboller and other confectionery. If you like chocolate, marshmallow, and subtle interesting flavours then don't miss this place.

A treat

A must every time I’m in Copenhagen! I’ve tried several of their luksusflødeboller, they are delicious! Their hot chocolate is also nice.
