Delicious Danish treats!

I had the passion fruit and the orange flødebollers… absolutely divine!

Pros: Lots of choice of flavours., They look beautiful!

Cons: Reasonably prices for Copenhagen prices.

Scrumptious

Growing up on Tunnocks Teacakes and then going vegan I have had a domed mallow shaped hole needing filled for some time now. These are it!! Absolutely amazing.

5* - Good quality vegan flødeboller

Really nice that they have vegan flødeboller and you can see/taste the good quality ingredients.

Even if flødeboller is not my cup of tea, and I don't love it, I do still recommend these and that people try it out as they are definitely top quality.

Happy to taste the traditional sweet in a vegan version

The marshmallow with chocolate is amazing (specially the one with caramel inside). I love that they use "waste" or Aquafaba for their delicious food. They even put that on the box of it.

The best bakery in Copenhagen.

Lots of different options, they have something for everyone. It’s a place that everyone wants, and a reason alone to live in Copenhagen

Tasty but very pricy

I got a box of four different flavors (105 kr, 29 kr per piece). The taste and texture was really good. However, almost 4€ for a single piece is a bit over the top in my opinion. Nevertheless, it felt like a must try!

Not my cup of tea - but a must try in Copenhagen!

Had to get one even if no one in our company really appreciate these, very typical danish, treats. We got a salted caramel one and I must say the chocolate coating was very nice. Also cappuccinos were good!

Vegan danish desserts

We tried 3 flavours of the flødeboller and they were delicious! We loved them, especially the bottom part that was made out of marzipan.

Pros: Delicious food

Cons: Closes relatively early

Exceeds all expectations

We debated whether to try flodeboller or not. Marshmallows are ok but we’re not the biggest fan. We saw the yuzu flavor and had to try it. We paid, walked out, took a bite, looked at each other and went back in to buy another one: the Halloween licorice and raspberry one. Haven’t tried it yet but fingers crossed it’s just as good.

Mildly sweet, lovely marzipan that’s also not too sweet. Light chocolate shell. What can’t aquafaba do?

Pros: All vegan, Try the yuzu

Yummy

Absolutely delicious! Tasted exactly like the non-vegan ones (as far as I remember at least). And the best thing: instead of a boring wafer there's a layer of marzipan😋

These are the best fløderboller I've ever had. Ok, they're also the only fløderboller I've ever had, but they're really really good.
These are traditional Danish treats made of a small amount of cake, a thin layer of belgian chocolate, and filled with a sweet, foamy, mallowy center. I guess the center is usually made from egg whites but here they're made from aquafaba (chickpea water).
You can have the foam flavoured a number of different flavours - generally fruits but also mocha, salted caramel and vanilla ones. We bought four for 100DKK, cut them all in half, and had four halves each for breakfast. Bit of a sugar rush but wow, they all tasted incredible.
This would make a good gift from Denmark but be aware that they're quite fragile. Overall, I was really impressed. A must for vegans in Copenhagen!

Brilliant flødeboller!

I had never even heard of flødeboller until I came across Glean but I’m super glad I found out about this! I tried the lemon curd flødeboller and was really impressed. It wasn’t too sweet and was really delicious.
