Excellent Food - Edit
I loved the food. Excellent service too. The BBQ broccoli tacos are superb, along with the Spicy Edamame. The spring rolls are another good option. I ate here several times, highly recommend. Cocktails, wine and beer, what more do you need?

Limited options, bland food - Edit
The reviews had me thinking this place would have lots of vegan options, but there was only one entree (vegan curry), a couple appetizers, and broccoli tacos. I got the curry. It was bland and short on tofu. It was also quite pricey ($24). There was a nice selection of vegetables in the curry, though.

More vegan options than you think - Edit
Our server, who was vegetarian, also brought us the bar menu, which has additional vegan options. Also they recommended a few items that they routinely veganize. Knowing that we were sharing the curry, they split it into separate bowls without us even asking.

Best Vegan Food in Anchorage! - Edit
We found it very challenging to find decent vegan food in Anchorage until we discovered Ginger. Then we ate at Ginger three days in a row. Highly recommend the Alaskan tofu and quinoa (gf,ve) red and white quinoa, pickled red cabbage, sprouts, edamame, heirloom carrots, red pepper and cashews and the BBQ broccoli tacos | crispy fried broccoli florets tossed in a ginger-hoisin bbq sauce, napa slaw in warm tortillas with a lemongrass vinaigrette. The service was excellent! The food was delicious! Wait staff is very friendly and helpful. Would give 5 stars except 4 is the Happy Cow limit if not 100% vegan.

Fancy yet casual vegan Asian - Edit
Nice staff, all friendly and happy to help. It was so easy to order vegan. I chose the mango teriyaki, which had a lot of noodles and tofu. I needed soy sauce to finish it off. The drinks were excellent and the vegan key lime cheesecake was satisfying. Next time we will sit on the bar side for a little more casual feel. It was easy to ask for accommodations for both the vegan and the pescatarian at the table.

Excellent vegan options. - Edit
The Vegan Curry was a tasty yellow curry with rice, veg and a lime on top. They also make vegan spring rolls, just ask for sauce with no fish. Their mango teriyaki can be vegan too, just ask. Finish it off with vegan cheesecake.
