Higher End Ramen - Edit
Ate here with two omnivores and had a great time. Make a reservation in advance or you won't get in anytime soon. Several vegan apps like grilled shishito peppers or tofu bao. One vegan ramen option was SO good. Had at least three different mushrooms in a creamy miso broth. The best part of the meal was dessert - matcha ice cream with maple seafoam. Our table smashed the ice cream so fast. My omni eater friend said it was the best ice cream they'd ever had. All servings were good sized as well. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about vegan options (rare in AK).

Favorite vegan ramen - Edit
Favorite vegan ramen in town, for sure. Can usually only get in when I’m by myself but I never mind sitting at the bar or at the kitchen. Love the apps too! But seriously- I think about the ramen here ALL the time!

Really enjoyed my meal here as well as the atmosphere! Of course i totally went for it, trying most of the vegan options offered in addition to a couple mocktails! Excellent ramen, and the salad was killer too. Hope to eat here again some day.

The best vegan ramen I’ve ever had - Edit
The vegan ramen was DELICIOUS and I also lived the salad. Full bar with interesting cocktails, mocktails, and Japanese liquor.
