Beautiful pub but food isn't great - Edit
Only a couple of options that are vegan, food takes ages and you don't get much however staff are super friendly and very welcoming. I would suggest this pub just for a drink as its a lovely building with great staff but go elsewhere for food unfortunately

Friendly staff but awful food - Edit
We visited here on our travels. We had the mushroom risotto, thai green curry and tomato pasta for the children. All of the food was dry and had no taste, especially the adults food. The portions were small, the food was unappetising and really lacked any taste at all. It was really disappointing.

Lovely setting, but a little slow - Edit
We had a Christmas meal here (not Christmas Day itself, a few days before). There were a couple of options, even though, as it was a Christmas menu, it was quite short.
Read moreThe pub is lovely and also operates as a hotel. It has a medieval theme, without being tacky.
The food was nice enough, but the service was super slow! Despite pre-ordering, we had a bit of a wait for starters and are mains were (eventually) brought over 1 hour 40 minutes after arrival! This put a bit of a downer on the meal, although the food was nice. I'd return, but only if I had nowhere to be after!

Nice to have options that aren't just a vegan burger. Has a good number of vegan options compared to other places in Glastonbury.
