Some things yes, some no - Edit
The brisket was stellar! I have had it a couple of times and it did not disappoint. On the other hand the buffalo cauliflower is not a keeper. Also I went by on a couple of Saturdays and they were closed. Very surprised!

Great reuben! - Edit
I wish I could have tried about half the menu. I stopped here when driving between San Diego and LA, making a detour and it was worth it. I love that in this random strip mall is such a great restaurant with an extensive menu.
Read moreI tried the reuben and was not disappointed. It was top notch and a nice salad as well. I also took away a peanut butter blondie which was excellent. All in all very solid restaurant which I would return to even if going out of my way. I enjoyed the outdoor seating as well. Definitely come here if you are anywhere in the area if you want a great vegan experience.
Pros: Great food, service was fast, Friendly staff

Mediocre at best - Edit
I’m sorry but it’s laughable that this place has such a high rating. Reason being is it was the only true vegan place here for a long time. It’s not that good I’ve tried places all over the country and this does not compare to mid level in other cities. The whole IE area of SoCal is a joke for vegan food. That being said when I first came to the area I tried their food a few times and got to the point I tried basically the whole menu. I do love their blt which is why it’s not a one star review and would make it higher to a three if I wasn’t compensating for the high grade this place somehow has. The fake meats are all fairly decent with bacon being best imo and the desserts which aren’t made in house always look mouthwatering but gentle grill doesn’t get credit there. Not a fan of most sauces they have nor am I of their fries especially the loaded ones which is a shame as I truly love fries as a whole. Try with an open mind but be honest with yourself. This isn’t the best place even a burger patch beats the flavors here

Darn Good Gyro - Edit
I haven’t had a vegan gyro before, and I was impressed with what I ate. The lentil soup was decent and the s’mores dessert was interesting and tasty. Only problem I had was the loud, obnoxious music.

Best gluten free vegan breakfast - Edit
I forget what it was called, but just eggs, tater tots, spinach, avocado, vegan sour cream and pics de gallo made a great brunch on a day when I had to change my breakfast plans, and for only ten dollars. Super friendly place in Temecula, will definitely stop back for other vegan gluten free offerings next time I’m around!

Our local favorite! - Edit
There is nothing like having a local, ALL vegan place to eat with a ton of amazing, delicious options! Every time we eat at the Gentle Grill, we leave very full and happy. Our standard go-to's include the One Love Burrito, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Pastrami Sandwich, Beyond Burger, and the BLTA, along with the Gentle Fries or the Buffalo Avo-Tots. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the restaurant has a nice seating area, either inside or outside. Often we take our food to go, and sit at a nearby park to enjoy. We bring our omni children, who always love the food, and recommend it to all of our friends.

Amazing Vegan Food! - Edit
Such friendly staff, amazing recommendations, delicious food. We had the chicken sandwich and the (hidden off menu staff suggested) BLT(A)--Traditional BLT w/Avocado! Both wonderful choices. And the price was great for what you get. Oh, amd DEFINITELY try their organic soda fountain drinks! 🍸 We do not come out to Temecula often, but this is our new must go to stop when we do!

Thriving in Mediocrity - Edit
Stumbled upon this restaurant while touring Temecula. Had the “Gyro Wrap” - flavorful but didn’t taste gyro meat. Fresh but couldn’t wrap my head around the strange flavor. Hubs had “Cabo Bowl” with overwhelming amount of cold Quinoa and 3 pickled Jalepeno. Not a lot of flavor. Purchased the LARGE chocolate chip that was dry and flavorless. Returned it and got the peanut butter square that was super moist and yummy.

Pros: Close enough from North County, Close to 15, Fresh

Food is awesome here! Great service too. Got the One Love Burrito and Gyro Bowl. Both were delicious and tasted like vegan junk food but didn’t make you feel like you just ate a bunch of junk food. Definitely coming back!

Deliciously good! - Edit
The food is so tasty that after our first time having dinner there, we went back for lunch the very next day! We tried several items:
Read moreThe Reuben Sandwich (my fave!)
The Crispy Chikn Sandwich (honestly it's a chikn sandwich so nothing impressive but it was still good)
The Gentle Fries (hubby loved them)
The Nachos with added avo cream (delicious!)
The Pastrami Sandwich (we like the reuben better)
The One Love Burrito (very delish!)
The service is fantastic! The cashiers and even the cooks conversated with us! We can't wait to go again when we are in Temecula!
Pros: 100% vegan and cruelty free, Natural ingredients (even for the "junk" food), Excellent customer service from all workers!
Cons: None so far!
