Serves meat, vegan options available. Chef/owner is trained in French cuisine. A few vegan/vegetarian choices. Pet-friendly. Confirmed closed, Jan 2019.
On a road trip with two cats and one dog from San Fran to New Jersey. Dog-friendly patio in the shade, albeit lots of flies, and shady parking nearby so we could leave the truck windows down for the cat carriers to be cool and secure. Menu was alright – vegan items clearly identified, many other items easily veganizable. The entrees were a little pricey, we ended up getting a number of sides, which were all tasty. The salad was lackluster, oddly enough for a veg-friendly place, but roasted veggies and gingered veggies and chili etc. very good. For dessert we had the coconut chia pudding which was my favorite dish of the meal. My traveling companion's favorite dish was the roasted veggies with tahini. Service was lackluster – we seemed to be rotated between three servers for some reason, with varying degrees of competence/enthusiasm. Condiments were not available outside, we had to make an effort to get our hands on salt, pepper, and hot sauce. The look, feel, and menu was all quite nice but overall the experience was merely alright.
My husband and I were traveling and looking for vegan restaurants or restaurants that were vegan friendly. We both had the vegan dragon bowl they were delicious, would like a touch less oil used when cooking.
I was so happy to try this restaurant for my birthday this year. They have so many vegan options that my non-vegetarian husband actually had more trouble figuring out what to eat than I did. I had the vegan plate with ginger-miso greens, tarragon carrots, pan-fried tofu, brown rice, and mushroom gravy, and I was raving all the way home. The restaurant serves beer but not wine or cocktails. Diners can bring in their own bottle of wine for $5/bottle corkage fee. Small indoor dining room and several outdoor tables on a covered patio. Loved this restaurant! I will be going back!
Enjoyed restaurant & I hunt for the "Fuel" truck - Edit
The vegan tacos/vegan burrito (wh/ I eat weekly) are not available at the Madison location but you can find them at the Fuel Food truck which frequents different areas downtown (call/Twitter/FaceBook). I consider it a big meal.
I have eaten the Quinoa chili 3x in a row, it was that yummy. Great service both on truck & restaurant. A wonderful addition to the Memphis food scene.
This place is very cool. There is artwork for sale on the wall. The service was great.
There are lots of vegan options here. The menu is pretty simple, but almost everything on the menu has the option of being made vegan. We had the vegan burgers with vegan cheese which was very very good and very original. Definitely one of the best I've had. The vegan nachos were also very good! I'd definitely recommend checking this place out!

Lots of vegan options. The pizza with beet "pepperoni" is amazing. Great service and chill ambiance.

The BEST vegan burger in Memphis. We get the vegan nachos for an appetizer, kids love the chilli mac and quinoa chilli. Service is outstanding.
