Vegan Korean - Edit
Lots of great vegan options! The vegan fried mandus (dumplings) and homemade soy sauce are especially delicious! I also like the kimbap (veggie sushi) and noodle dishes. The servers are knowledgeable about vegan food and most dishes can be made vegan upon request. Be sure to specify your preferred spice level because sometimes they forget to ask.
Read moreBe prepared to stay a while. Parking is limited. It's a popular spot so when the restaurant opens, it tends to get busy pretty quick. Service is often slow but worth the wait in my opinion.

Average Ramen but Vegan Options - Edit
Prices and venue were very reasonable. There were plenty of options and modification for vegan eaters. The meals themselves were not extremely flavorful.

Best vege ramen I have ever had! - Edit
The Mandu veggie dumpling ramen soup ordered in full spicy is by far the best ramen I have ever found. They left out the egg and added shiitake for vegans. They will do this for any dish on the menu. Our server, Emily is vegan and was a fantastic food guide. This place will be the highlight of your day!

What could go wrong with noodles for lunch…nothing!! The staff is super helpful and really know how to guide you through the menu. Lots of choices. I had the BiBim ramen and it was very good, my only disappointment was I ordered medium heat and it was rather sweet. Hubby had the miso ramen and also ordered it medium. His was awesome and loved it!

Came here with omnivore friends and staff was super happy to explain vegan options and what were best dishes to veganize. Everything was delicious but particularly recommend getting double order of the kimbap! #Veganuary
